Не было гигиенических принадлежностей типа одноразовой зубной щетки и пасты, это очень удивило.

По фотографиям вид из бассейна выходит на горы и море, а на самом деле на трассу с машинами, плюс джакузи работает только после 11, то есть с утра до выселения этим удобством воспользоваться нельзя, а если приедешь заселиться поздно, то, получается, вообще не сможешь этим воспользоваться (а скорее всего за это и платил).

Завтрак ничего не обычного, восторга не вызвало.

Pros:

Our experience was absolutely wonderful, and we were taken care of from start to finish. The heated jacuzzi on the terrace truly made all the difference. We can only highly recommend it — the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is excellent and very complete. Thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and outstanding service!

Excellent Accommodation and service.
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and professional.

Apologies, as I didn't get the names of the two ladies from arrival and breakfast, but on return to the hotel in the evening Mario and Marianne looked after us and explained everything thoroughly.

Looked after our needs and gave my wife and I a very warm reception.

Explained how everything worked and where to go in the area.

Food, drink and service was also excellent. The views were amazing.

I would highly recommend and will look to return in the near future.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Again very professional.

Our stay was unforgettable, a truly incredible experience.
Pros:

Our favorite part of the hotel was being able to enjoy the outdoor infinity pool. One of the employees, Nicola, was very accommodating and ensured we were taken care of. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Kotor’un kalabalığından uzak, sessiz sakin kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Temiz ve düzenli. Denize yürüyerek 10 dakika mesafede. Park yeri sorunu yok. Kahvaltı doyurucu. Çalışanlar ilgili. Nikola’ya yardımları için teşekkürler.

Great stay indeed!
Pros:

Hotel Palazzo exceeded all our expectations. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What truly stood out was the amazing staff especially Nicola! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.

Despite a temporary water shortage, the staff handled it with grace and professionalism, delivering water promptly and ensuring we were comfortable at all times.

A perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and hospitality – we can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Pros:
