Pros:

Staff is super star.
My shuttle showed up within 10 mins of call to front desk. We were safely at hotel from the airport along with all baggage. Staff made extra efforts to store our luggage. Also I saw him helping others as well.
Truly going above and beyond.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour! L'hôtel est idéalement situé proche du métro, les lave linge disponibles gratuitement sont un gros + ainsi que la navette pour les trajets vers l'aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est basique mais suffisant.

Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours si on ne le demande pas

Overall a good stay for a stopover night
Pros:

Good location, comfortable room. Very good service at the reception desk. The shuttle to the airport is a plus.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited in offering and poor food quality.
The person taking care of the dining are, though, was very nice

Facilities are great. Very close to the airport. The breakfast was good

Cons:

I could get the shuttle service because I didn’t bring with me the child car seat. We didn’t travel with the car seat because we rented a car with it. It’s a shame they don’t have one that families can use when traveling with kids.
