Shuttle service was efficient. Breakfast was adequate.
Bare bulbs on hanging fixture next to bed were harsh and seemed odd as reading lights. We reserved a room with a king bed and got a room with two queens.
The property was exceptionally clean, the staff was very responsive and helpful. There was a text feature that I assumed was a bot, but it was directly connected to the front desk staff who responded immediately - I’ve never seen this before! Of note: their Daily Airport Shuttle only runs from: 5:00am-11:00am; 3:00pm-11:00pm.

Mon argent a ete debite et jamais remboursé et cela malgre mon annulation de la reservation pour cause d absence de navette aéroport a partir de 11pm ( chose que j ai apprise a la dernière minute alors que j avais justement selectionné l hotel pour la navette). Beaucoup de temps perdu au telephone et aucune resolution.

My shuttle showed up within 10 mins of call to front desk. We were safely at hotel from the airport along with all baggage. Staff made extra efforts to store our luggage. Also I saw him helping others as well.
