Very clean and spacious, close to the airport. Friendly staff. I also like that the window had a room darkening shade and plenty of lights.
I was given wrong information by two different staff members. One said there was an airport shuttle service available at the time I made my reservation, but when I called the hotel from the airport upon my arrival I was told they had stopped providing that service in April. The other pertained to the contents of the breakfast buffet. I'm on an extremely restricted diet, and that's why I asked. The staff member I asked indicated there would be a particular item on the buffet that I could eat, but when I went the next morning I found that the item wasn't available, and there was literally nothing I could eat.

Bed was very comfortable! Room had great blackout curtains. Breakfast was fantastic!
Booking.com stated there was an airport shuttle to this hotel when I asked before booking and upon arrival to Boston Logan there was NOT a shuttle offered so had to pay for a taxi.
It was advertised to have a free shuttle to the airport but the person at the front desk told me that they stopped that service a while ago.

Nos atendieron muy amablemente. Yo había reservado el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto del hotel. Al llegar me dijeron que no tenían más el servicio, pero que ellos se harían cargo de nuestro taxi al aeropuerto.
El lugar es un tanto inhóspito y si no tienes coche queda lejos de todo
Oscar at front desk was cheerful, friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. Closeness to our son was fabulous.
I find it a mistake to cancel the shuttle to and from the airport.
