I had a very pleasant stay at Precious Villas Lubowa. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The service throughout my stay was impressive and made me feel welcome.
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable each morning. I also loved the beautiful views around the property, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Staff were great. I really appreciated the airport pickup very late at night and the breakfast was tasty.

The views from the room are very beautiful, the rooms are good, the staff is friendly.
This is our second time staying at this hotel with my wife. We really liked everything the first time. This time I'll detail what we didn't like: 1) When we checked in, we ordered dinner and waited over an hour. 2) In the evening, on the day of check-in, we ordered breakfast for 9:30 a.m., because we were leaving for a meeting in Kampala at 10:30 a.m., but breakfast wasn't ready. We waited an hour!!! and didn't have breakfast and left hungry for the meeting in Kampala. 3) On the day of check-in, I had dinner at this hotel. I'd like to clarify that I didn't eat anything else until dinner that day, and the next day I felt really bad. I had a stomach ache and a high fever. I got tested and some kind of bacteria was found. The doctor prescribed treatment, a lot of antibiotics. I'd like to clarify that I felt bad after eating dinner, the next day after check-in, on the way to a rally in Kampala.

The hotel is exceptional, the staff go over and beyond to make guests comfortable. I will be coming back for sure. The hotel manager Musa is brilliant.
