Hotel Cerro in San Luis Obispo is an excellent place to stay. I truly love this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what really makes Hotel Cerro special is the people who work there.

The employees are great, the service is excellent, and the staff is genuinely wonderful. Everyone I encountered was professional, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made the stay feel personal and relaxing.

Hotel Cerro has a warm, upscale atmosphere while still feeling comfortable and inviting. It is the kind of place that makes you want to come back. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Hotel Cerro to anyone visiting San Luis Obispo.

Great location, service and facilities. Rightfully tagged as an Autograph Hotel in the Marriott family. In the past years I have often taken a night in Santa Barbara when traveling between San Diego and San Francisco. This hotel has altered my thinking. Hotel Cerro will be my "Go To" on all future trips. need I say more

We loved this hotel! Excellent service and great location in downtown slo. The staff were extremely helpful and the property was beautiful, including the rooms. The main restaurant had many tasty breakfast items, but we didn't try it for other meals. The rooftop pool was a fantastic place to lounge for a few hours.

Perfect location. Great service. Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the bar, the pool and the fitness center. It will be even nicer when the pool bar opens up mid April.

Lovely visit to Cerro celebrating our first smooch! We loved the room and unique industrial/brownstone. Absolutely booking here again. Walked to Honey Belly and Gemlato. Both delicious ! The edible garden terrace was lovely and thoughtful. Just a really cool hotel, great vibe!

Location in downtown SLO is great. Hotel restaurant food excellent! Best. Margherita pizza ever. Room was beautiful. We loved our stay and would like to have remained longer. Service throughout was superb.

Good stay in the middle of the city, good value, amenities about par for this level of stay. Little annoyances such as the light turning off every 15 seconds while on the toilet.

Beautiful hotel in heart of downtown. First room had a weird humming sound, but we were switched right away to another, even nicer room and got a $10 restaurant

Everyone from the front desk to the valet was friendly and attentive. Greeted with a smile and acknowledged my Bonvoy status. The hotel is modern, clean, and well appointed. There's a rooftop pool that's heated and a fitness room on the same level. In the fitness room there are free weights, 4 or 5 cardio machines and cables...pretty much everything needed for a workout on the go. The pool is nicely laid out with chairs for about 20. Considering that this is a boutique hotel with probably around 40-60 rooms, odds are good that you'll find a chair to relax and sunbathe in at the pool. The rooms are well appointed with great smelling shampoos/soaps and a lanai for fresh air. Shower was huge and the toilet was separate, which was great so 2 of us could do our business at the same time. Lol. Def a place we'd stay at in the future visits to SLO.

We went for 2 nights and ended up extending to 3. The goal was seeing the Super Bloom out at Carrizo, about a hours drive. The in-room coffee is the absolute best of the MANY Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend their Llama coffee. Great staff, great location, no complaints.

The Hotel Cerro Autograph Collection is one of the cutest we’ve been to! Its small and quant appearance is coupled with smiling and friendly staff! The restaurant on site was a bonus and the complimentary Old Fashioned was a treat!! We will definitely stay again!!
