Absolutely fabulous!! Staff was great and friendly! Hotel is beautiful and we loved sitting in the garden with the fire wall.

This is the best hotel to experience SLO and enjoy well designed accommodations; the location is perfect, the hotel has great style, and the staff is great.

Stylish, modern clean facilities and spaces. The location is perfect and we loved the rooftop pool. The staff was very welcoming and helpful!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Our rooms were impeccable and very clean. Moreover, the beds were so comfortable which allowed for great sleep. The breakfast was also excellent with very healthy choices. The staff was also highly accommodating and warm!

We will definitely stay here again !

We wrapped up our Central Coast trip with 1 night in SLO and glad we spent it at Hotel Cerro. We had a beautiful room with a soaking tub, indoor and outdoor fireplace, and of course, Marriott’s wonderful bed. Our private patio opened up to their rooftop garden which made for a beautiful early morning stroll. We enjoyed happy hour in the downstairs bar and the location couldn’t have been better for shopping, restaurants and the Mission.

Awesome experience. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Brought two dogs with us - it was well worth it. Dog agility park nearby and dog friendly restaurants nearby. They allow pups at the pool. Overall outstanding ! Exent location. We will return !!

What a fabulous hotel, with a great location is a very walkable city. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The rooms are very modern and yet very functional. One thing you will never say about the room is that there are not enough lights - after two weeks of travel staying in other hotels, I was overjoyed at how well lit every inch of these rooms are.

Be sure to have breakfast at The Oak Grill (attached) and do not take a pass on their Lemon Blueberry Scones - SO DELICIOUS.

We would definitely stay here again and I'll be sure to recommend it to anyone I know that is going to visit San Luis Obispo.

Hotel Cerro is the perfect hotel for Cal Poly graduation weekend. We enjoyed easy access to all the unique gems of San Luis Obispo. We will return often.

Everything about Hotel Cerro was amazing. The hotel itself, the room, the staff, the location and the ambience. If I am ever in SLO I will
be staying here.

Hotel Cerro is a great landing place for a Central Coast visit. It’s right downtown, so very convenient to a variety of shops, restaurants, and coffee houses.

The hotel was built just before the pandemic, and is modern and comfortable. There are lots of places to just chill throughout the property. The staff were all friendly.

The room was spacious, the bed linens nice, and the room was well appointed. There were just a few negatives (too few towels and they were scratchy, pool bar with too short hours), but they were small and we would definitely recommend this for a visit to SLO.

This hotel is top-notch. Every time I’ve stayed here from the check-in to check out is exceptional. Also, the restaurant they have is a great restaurant, not a typical hotel restaurant at all.

Loved this hotel. It right in the middle of downtown so you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel courtyard is quiet and a great place to hang out. I had a balcony room and spent time out there as well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in SLO.

The valet parking was easy and appreciated. The front desk was friendly. Super convenient to have oak grill for food on site, breakfast was yum. Also enjoyed the pool on top. I was here for business retreat. And walkable to tons of restos and things to do!

What a wonderful hotel, I highly recommend! The entire staff were excepctional. Lovely rooms with great bathrooms. The location couldn't be more perfect to the town for shopping and dining, SLO is so clean and charming.

We had such a nice visit in San Luis Obispo. The Cerro Hotel was fabulous. Great personnel greeted us and made us so calm after missing our flight out of San Luis Obispo but we really didn’t wanna leave anyways so we stayed another day. Highly recommended place and the pool and bar on the fourth floor were so nice to relax.

Loved this hotel. Great rooms. Pool was fun and great bar. Really enjoyed it.
