Zimmer schön Therme schön und viel Platz Service ausbaufähig.

Das Zimmer sehr schön und sauber

Cons:

Das Service Personal ist für ein 4Stern S* nicht entsprechend .Waren schon öfter hier wurden aber immer besser bedient.Vergleiche mit gleicher Kategorie haben wir zur Genüge.

Used to be great but not so much any more
Pros:

The pools are really nice and relaxing in both hotels, water is warm and it is really nice if there are not so many people there.

Cons:

Food is getting worse each year, 2 years ago vital had super dinners but this time not so much.
There are less and less gadgets in the rooms, Each year they deduct something, I was missing bed fresheners and air freshener this year and I had to ask for slippers, etc.
Staff is also getting less and less kind, they wont do anything extra for a person that needs some help, simply strictly by the rules.

Kurz, erholsam, sehr gutes Essen.

Das Essen war unfassbar gut! Und das Personal super freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind halt nicht die neusten. Im Bad war ein Steinboden wie auch im Spa - stelle ich mir sehr schwer zum wirklich gut reinigen vor, da einfach viele Einkerbungen & Möglichkeiten zum Dreck ansammeln gegeben waren. Dadurch hatte ich immer ein „dreckig“ Gefühl, obwohl alles sehr sauber gewirkt hat.

Ruhige Lage, komfortable Ausstattung und eine gute Qualität der Speisen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die große Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten sowie die vielfältigen Alternativen bei den Milchprodukten.

Der Mitarbeiter, der für die frische Zubereitung von Eierspeisen, Omeletts und Spiegeleiern zuständig war, war äußerst engagiert, bereitete alles mit viel Sorgfalt zu und war dabei sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Cons:

Der Kellner war an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abenden leider sehr unaufmerksam. Die Teller wurden erst spät abgeräumt und auch an Freundlichkeit hat es etwas gefehlt. Ein junger Kollege, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war, hat schließlich seine Aufgaben übernommen.

Beim späteren Besuch an der Bar (mit demselben Kellner) wurden wir außerdem etwa zehn Minuten lang ignoriert, bevor unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde.
