Pros:

There is nothing to like here, do not be fooled by a low price. $50 cash deposit required, no early check in, no late check out, other reviews scared me by mentioning bed bugs. Says pet friendly but there will be a $25 per pet fee if you show up with pets * that was outlined in the booking.

Cons:

This place is dilatpidated, the employees are shady, there are rules they don't tell in you booking, loiterers after dark were scary, cash only deposit you may not get back, no service between 11pm and 7am.

Pros:

Horrible experience, they accepted booking, the Uber driver siad "wow this is a terrible area" - and the whole place was boarded up like a compound one minute after midnight. lost the money.
