空間環境很大，但衛生真的要再加強，尤其是客房內和餐廳

髒，床頭櫃底下有前房客留下的垃圾，地毯看起來有許多污漬，梯廳光線昏暗，燈一閃一閃的
早餐餐廳有蒼蠅在桌邊飛，請工作人員協助處理，得到的回應是：有其他人在用餐，拿蒼蠅拍趕蒼蠅很不好看，會影響其他客人

各方面都很棒，飯店人員也非常的客氣、剛好入住那天大部分都是團客、也會提前跟我們告知避開早上用餐的尖峰時刻。
來台東會想繼續住這裡

可能早餐團客用完餐結束後散客的用餐人數不多吧、我們九點下來用餐時餐點不多、量也零零散散的感覺像被挑完的感覺，這一點可能需要加強

早餐不錯。

Cons:

窗子很髒導致看不清楚外面的景色，冷氣調到24度，但幾個小時過後還是停在26度，不涼。電梯也沒空調。大廳咖啡只限內用、很多規定美其名是環保節約、但更像是在防客人，有點令人不舒服。
