Nyrenoverad
Fräsch och ren lägenhet.
Smidigt att man kan öppna dörrar via telefon.

Cons:

Dyrt för det man får.
Hade otur då avlopp va stopp. Dagen efter fixade dem det men ingen kompensation för all jobbiga situationen.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment, sauber, U-Bahnstation nahe gelegen.

Cons:

Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, ist aber wegen der automatischen Raumlüftung und das war für uns am Anfang etwas ungewohnt.

Very quiet and peaceful environment.
Spacious room .

Cons:

The door key system is a disaster.
It works using thd phone sometimes and doesn't sometimes . We got so fed up and changed to the card using the card machine.
On the 3rd day , both the phone and card didn't work , with a message on the phone , informing that the lock battery is too weak . Ended up, I was locked out for the afternoon . There's no immediate contact channel. Any assistance is through the restaurant email .

Overall , the light intensity is too dim in the room . Not suitable for reading.

Echt een aanrader voor wie een goedkoop, schoon, nieuw appartement zoekt!
Pros:

De locatie. Compact, maar alles aanwexig en beschikbaar. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!

Geluidsoverlast van de aanpalende gym.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig (4-fach Verglasung), die Qualität der Einrichtungsgegenstände ist. Bei der Gestaltung der Wohnung hat sich jemand viele Gedanken gemacht und umgesetzt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Der Zugang über die App hat nicht immer funktioniert.
