Great location for National Parks trip
Pros:

Great location for access to Carlsbad Caverns NP and Guadalupe Mountains NP. Newer property with clean and comfortable room, along with morning breakfast included that made our stay so easy.

Pros:

Staff was super helpful and the amenities in the room were perfect for a few days of hiking. The location/proximity to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains was also great!

Cons:

Rooms at the front of the hotel, closest to the road, get a lot of road noise. Saturday night was especially bad but there was still some noise on Sunday as well...maybe it would be better during the week.

Looked nice for the most part,

Cons:

One of the staff members was quite odd. She watch my children and I as walked through the lobby, she watched my children and I as we had breakfast. She seemed to be judging us with disappointment. Made us uncomfortable to the point my children didn’t even want to eat anymore. The judgmental stairs were extremely unwelcoming. My children were quiet and respectful to other guest around.
