• 16 or more people per night,

this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodations will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

La mancanza di un aspirapolvere o di una scopa nell'alloggio!

Sehr freundliches Personal, perfekte Lage.
Pros:

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gleich in der Nähe, Appartement sehr groß.

Cons:

Raumaufteilung nicht optimal, nur ein Badezimmer im oberen Stockwerk, Schlafcouch unbequem, Frühstück ist kein Buffet, sondern a la carte. Dachterasse etwas lieblos gestaltet.

Uno stupendo soggiorno
Pros:

Il nostro appartamento per 4 era perfetto, funzionale ed essenziale. Il soggiorno/cucina un capolavoro, bello grande, 2 pareti completamente finestrate, vista sul canale e tutto intorno. Cucina funzionale e in buono stato di manutenzione, armadi abbondanti

Per favore aggiungete una scopa con paletta in appartamento

Séjour apprécié grâce au bus 21 proche
Pros:

Le fait de pouvoir préparer dîner et petit-déjeuner sur place est un atout de cet appart hôtel.

Cons:

Des placards avec des étagères manquaient.
Plus de vaisselle serait souhaitable de manière à utiliser le lave vaisselle couramment.
Compliqué de faire des courses dans ce quartier et il faudrait renseigner les clients pour trouver supermarché dans le quartier.

Pros:

Presque parfait, très confortable et spacieux.
Patio très appréciable pour mon mari fumeur.

En retrait du centre mais très simple d’accès jusqu’à tard le soir.
