• 8 or more rooms per night,
• 16 or more people per night,

this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodations will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

اعجبني بشاشة الموظفين وخدمتهم وحديقة الفندق وادوات المطبخ كامله

ضيق الغرفه لاربعة اشخاص لم نستفد من كنبة الجلوس اضطررنا الى فتحها لنوم الشخصين وضاقت بنا الغرفه بشكل سئ واطلالة الغرفه لم تعجبني وعدم توفير نظافه يوميه مجانا مقابل سعر الغرفه المرتفع جدا جدا والقهوه والشاي متوفره لاكن لابد من طلبها يوميا من الاستقبال لايوجد هاتف للتواصل

Great stay at Cityden BOLO. Located right next to the bus station getting around was not a problem.
Pros:

Very spacious apartments

Cons:

They didn’t have an AC for temperature control. Spoke to the staff who explained that it’s a ventilation system only. The staff was very helpful and patient.

Cons:

Breakfast is not very good, basic piece of bread with 2 eggs or something like this, I also waited for it like 30 minutes once after the order. I had a not fully clean towel when I first entered. There was a fire alarm at 5am. When I asked to cancel breakfast for future days, they basically ignored my request. There is no room cleaning by default, and no sign to easily call it.

Pros:

Modern and clean space. Lots of towels for bathroom. Well equipped. Very comfortable.

Cons:

Oven was smoking and the dishwasher spilled water all over the room. Of course can be a mistake/everything can break down but just to mention. It was last day - they said they would report to maintenance.

Pros:

The room was very large, spacious, and comfortable overall. However, there were several significant drawbacks.

The floors were extremely cold, and it was almost impossible to walk around without slippers. The soundproofing was also very poor, especially in room 301. Every time someone closed a door in the hallway or a neighboring room, our wall literally shook. Considering how large the room is, better-quality doors and improved sound insulation would be expected.

In addition, there was virtually no soundproofing in the bathroom, which was quite uncomfortable.

If it weren't for the noise issues and the cold floors, our stay would have been much more enjoyable.

Pros:

Il riatorante, la struttura nel complesso e anche la camera molto carina

Cons:

La camera era piena di polvere che usciva dal sistema di ariazione.
L'ariazione non si poteva spegnere. Anche impostando of o zzerando la ventilazione o alzando la temperatura usciva sempre aria fredda e polvere che ricopriva ogni cosa.
In più abbiamo teovato un preservarivo usato in una pianta ornamentale della camera.
