Pros:

Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και φιλόξενο. Η ταβέρνα έχει καταπληκτικό φαγητό και ποικιλία. Ιδανικό το ότι έχεις μπροστά σου μια υπέροχη παραλία με beach bar χωρίς να χρειάζεται να χρησιμοποιήσεις αυτοκίνητο.

Die außergewöhnliche Lage an einem wunderschönen Strand mit einem wirklich guten Restaurant!!!Unsere Ankunft war sehr herzlich, einer der Eigentümer spricht sehr gut deutsch und die ganze Familie wurde uns vorgestellt. Frühstück kann man auf der schönen Aussenterasse oder unter einer Überdachung genießen und man wird persönlich bedient! Das Appartement war schön gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man bekommt große Handtücher für den Strand und die Sonnenliegen sind umsonst. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker und die Preise sind absolut angemessen, der Hauswein wird in 500 ml Flaschen serviert und der Weißwein ist köstlich!!!Die Zufahrt führt durch idyllische Landschaften und Olivenhaine, die Straßen aber schmal. Peroulia bietet freie Parkplätze für seine Gäste. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, nur das Wetter hätte besser sein können.

Cons:

Das Wetter, wir waren insgesamt 2 Wochen auf dem Peloponnes und hatten leider nur 5 Strandtage, umso mehr Regen. Für alle Hoteliers und Gastronomen eine Katastrophe.

Perfekter entspannter Kurztripp, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schöne und angenehme kleine Anlage. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Ende Sept.) ruhige Lage. Einige Nachbaranlagen waren bereits geschlossen. Die FW war sauber, strukturiert, freundlich eingerichtet und die Betten waren (für griechische Verhältnisse) sehr bequem. Das Personal ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und versucht den Gästen die Wünsche rasch zu erfüllen. Frühstück (kein Buffet) ist für externe und eigene Feriengäste möglich. Die Auswahl ist allerdings begrenzt. Für uns war es aber vollkommen ausreichend. Guter Kaffee! Restliche kulinarische Versorgung des hauseigenen Restaurant (Mittagessen, Beachbar, Abendessen) sehr sehr lecker!!!
Ohne Auto ist die Anlage schwierig zu erreichen. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder TouristenShops. Wer zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad unterwegs ist, muss die Steigung beachten.

Really good solution close to beach
Pros:

Wonderful location and very nice apartment. Just few step from a well equipped beach and a nice beach-bar / very good restaurant where you can eat both during the day and for dinner. Apartment is extremely curated and clean. Overall it’s a really comfortable situation.

Cons:

Really Few thing: 1- bathroom come without a wall bracket for the shower so you need to keep it in your hands al the time 2- for short stay host should take in consideration to provide few basic kitchen supply (eg kitchen paper roll, salt, sugar, maybe coffee caps…)

A beautiful stay in one of the most tranquil locations, very special!

We loved our stay! Everything from the staff, room, restaurant and of course the beautiful beach below. It was a the perfect Greek paradise. The food and service in the restaurant was wonderful and it is located at the most beautiful beach location.

Modern, recently renovated. More or less on the beach. Restaurant very good, reasonably priced. Beach beds reserved for you on beautiful peroulia beach.

Great place to be!
Pros:

The location is spectacular. I only had to walk a couple of minutes to be on the beach.
The apartment had a small terrace only for us, and we could park right next to the house.
The house itselt was perfect, although the cupboards were completely empty (meaning no instant coffee or tea, or salt/pepper/oil).
The bathroom has a large shower and was very comfortable.
I woke up to see the sunrise and there was NOBODY on the beach, which made it priceless.
Going to Koroni for dinner took a 15 minutes ride and the town is adorable.
Breakfast at Peroulia's house beach restaurant was delicious.

Cons:

Be aware the beach is very beautiful and the sunbeds in high demand. Therefore the place is brimming with people after 11 am and it becomes very noisy, and service on the beach is of regular quality.
Although they reserve sun beds for their guests, it took a while finding them, and we ended up in the last row. Then ordering from the staff on the beach was quite difficult. Apparently only 1 or 2 guys could take orders, and the other members of the staff could only deliver. However the 1 or 2 guys in question were overwhelmed and when I ordered a salad, they forgot and it never came.
When I arrived, I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner, when I left, they couldn't care less about me. That was a bit off...

Fantastic holiday experience which we will always remember. Will definitely visit again.
Pros:

Location is perfect, almost on the beach. Nikos and all his staff were very friendly and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent with a wonderful choice of dishes in the restaurant and the beach bar.
