櫃檯服務態度好
有東西在退房時忘記拿出來，當天晚上打電話回去，櫃檯說會幫忙看看，但後面跟我說當天房務人員沒有拾獲這個東西。老實說東西忘記帶走是我的問題，但我100%確定東西是在房間桌上，怎麼可能消失？如果有確實整理房間不可能沒有看到的。不知道到底是誰拿走的呢
