Il y a des améliorations de communication à faire, en interne et avec les clients.

Environnement soigné et bien aménagé, les volets en bois, la literie

Ne pas recevoir les informations sur le numéro de chambre et code de la boîte avant 18h et s’inquiéter de pouvoir rentrer dans l’hôtel tout le trajet et lors de notre arrivé ou personne n’était présent pour nous accueillir. Le réveil a 7h du matin par une personne qui rentre dans notre chambre.

Zeer aan te bevelen!
Pros:

Mooi hotel aan het dorpsplein. Mooie grote kamer, smaakvol ingericht. Perfecte douche en heel goed bed. Ontbijt goed verzorgd met verse ingrediënten en volop keuze.

Cons:

We logeerden in kamer 1 welke een duurzame plastic vrije inrichting heeft. Er is hierdoor geen airco en de ramen kunnen ook niet open. Als je dit als een nadeel ervaart zoals wij tijdens ons verblijf tijdens een hittegolf vraag dan naar een andere kamer met airco.
