Excellent resort stay
Pros:

Superb stay, all the staff are service champions and Panos and his team went above & beyond for us.
We loved the service of Kostas driving us to and from the port/airport and sharing his local knowledge.
Highly responsive staff, always with a smile.
The team cares about the detail and it makes for a lovely stay!

Magnífico! Café da manhã ótimo! Quartos confortáveis. Produtos de higiene de azeite de oliva da mais alta qualidade. Hotel deveria divulgar que tem serviço de cortesia (sujeito a disponibilidade), de ida até o centrinho!! Isso foi um plus. Funcionários gentis e muito bem preparados. Nos sentimos da realeza!!!

Cons:

Recebamos um upgrade (ótimo), mas em uma “esquina” do edifício que não tinha parede corta vento dos dois lados… ventava ainda mais que o usual, daí não conseguimos aproveitar a varanda divina com vista para o mar. Era impossível ficar ali.

Pros:

Le directeur M.Panos est un homme extraordinaire.
Le staff est parfait. Stefanos, Yanis, le petit Georges...les filles sont extraordinaires de gentillesse et de serviabilité. Le cadre, l'hôtel est somptueux, le petit-déjeuner, le restaurant, ma chambre, les.piscines...tout était absolument magnifique.

Exceptional personal service from a top class boutique hotel
Pros:

Superb hospitality from every member of Panos team . Every greeting was helpful and friendly. Every part of this stay and experience is handled with complete care and respect for the client . The resort is beautiful and super clean and transportation from airport or ferry is included . Cannot fault this. It is our second stay in two years. Even if you are just crossing Mykonos and onward transfer to the islands I can highly recommend you stay here for just one night . It’s exceptional. A very sophisticated stay that feels highly personal and friendly .

Aeolos is fabulous! We’ve just got back from a really lovely return visit. A lovely position with wonderful views a 10/15 walk from the centre of Mykonos. Beautiful pools and rooms that are spacious and super stylish and clean. Its a gorgeous place but what makes it so special is the owner Mr Panos and his brilliant team. So friendly and kind with incredible attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back.

Great relaxing resort.
Pros:

Felt like VIP’s. Enjoyed the airport transfers. Room had everything we needed. Great location. Quieter than expected. And yes, the walk back from town can be a little on the steep side. I would stay again.

Pros:

Neat complex, strategically located, you can walk to the center of Mykonos, which is convenient because parking is a big problem, breakfasts are not plentiful, but you can always find something to eat. Coffee is not very tasty. It was nice that they offered a better room for free on site. It is convenient that they pick you up and take you to the port.

Cons:

I really didn't like the visiting saxophonist, who really doesn't know how to play at all, I felt like an idiot every time🙈 because he played scattered notes, not a piece of music, it would have been much nicer to accompany you to the sun with simple, beautiful music.

The breakfast was very average and that’s the only thing that was disappointing but apart from that everyone was very nice and the driver was very helpful and professional

La atención del personal es excelente. Puedes hacer uso de todas las zonas independientemente de en cual te alojes. Restaurante muy bueno también. Te traen y te llevan al puerto o aeropuerto. Si tienen disponibilidad te bajan en coche hasta la ciudad. Saxofonista en el atardecer...
