the staff is friendly and that’s it

had windows on the “pool” side
i say it with quotes, due to face that isn’t a pool but an official swimming basin for swimmers from clubs, till midnight everyday tens of swimmers SO i wasn’t able to use pool
breakfast very poor quality
no parking area dedicated for the hotel
this NOT a 4stars hotel, at least not international standard

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, bekamen aber ohne Erklärung eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern. Diese war extrem dreckig, und ein Fenster war kaputt. Da das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, war es unglaublich laut, als würde man mitten auf der Straße schlafen.

Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden und der Bitte um zwei saubere Zimmer ohne kaputte Fenster wurden wir immer wieder enttäuscht. In einem Zimmer fanden wir Urinflecken auf der Toilettenbrille, in anderen Badezimmern Schamhaare. Die Hygiene war miserabel, und die Reinigung beschränkte sich auf den Wechsel der Bettwäsche und des Toilettenpapiers, das wars.

Besonders schlimm war der Umgang mit unseren Beschwerden: Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit, sprach kein Englisch und wiederholte ständig, dass es nicht sein Problem sei. Nach endlosen Diskussionen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Hotel uns schlicht keine angemessene Unterkunft bieten konnte.

Fazit: Unhygienisch, laut und absolut unprofessionell. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamationen gab es keine vernünftige Lösung. Wir können dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen!

Bon hôtel par sa propreté et ses chambres, bon emplacement. Je n’ai pas aimé le petit déjeuner ni le fait de ne pas avoi

La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le quartier est vivant , il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour

Cons:

J’ai pris cet hôtel pour la piscine mais je n’ai pas pu en profiter. En effet, pas de transats autour de la piscine et surtout beaucoup d’enfants et de familles (ça ressemblait à un cours de natation à la piscine municipale)
Le petit déjeuner en buffet n’était pas très bon. J’en ai pris un à l’extérieur du coup.
