Overall stay was fine. Your billing department is where you are lacking
Cons:

I find it absolutely appalling that you charge a $200 incidental fee and then do not tell the customer that it doesnt go onto their account as a credit and then youre billed whatever you went over at the end of your stay. Instead you get charged $200 up front and then get charged again at the very end for everything you already paid for. So now my family and I are stuck having to make up hundreds of dollars we werent expecting to be missing. Not everyone who stays at your hotel can afford that. We saved for a year to be able to attend that event and rent a room for 3 days. And now there's almost $600 taken out of our account and we won't get the refund for the incidental for 2 WEEKS! understand this...that is 2 weeks worth of food for our kids that is now gone and we are left scrambling to make up for that. If that is how you do your billing you need to make your customers aware so they can plan for that. Not everyone can wait 2 fucking weeks for a refund!

Facility and location were perfect for our short stay!

Cons:

The people in charge of getting our luggage from the holding spot broke our wheel and didn’t care, didn’t offer anything. I tried contacting the hotel and haven’t heard back from them
