Pros:

Location and pool

Cons:

The leaking toilet down our hall creating the most disgusting smell and sloshy carpet for the whole stay. The staff did nothing to help us or make it better.

It was alright but for the price , simple things were missing .
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The 5-7 was good.

Cons:

The layout of explanation of the hotel and its amenities and locations could improve. The staff should alao be aware of things to do in their city and near by streets and surroundings.

The lobby was nice with a fun bar and music to have guests enjoy. The coffee place was good and staff helpful

Cons:

The room! Our room was at the end of the hallway and faced the city. The room seemed small overall and stuffy. The AC was set to 70 and it was hot. It wasn't working to cool the room. The sink facing the mirror to the right didn't drain. Mold in the shower. Couldn't sleep at night due to noise from downtown - no fault of the Hyatt, but put a sound machine in the room or fan something to drown out the noise and light. Due to corner room the drapery didn't fully Block out light. There was a smell in the room as well.

A very clean and well maintained hotel with great facilities
Pros:

Very clean well maintained hotel, friendly staff and a great location a few minutes walk from the Broadway bars. The pool is great addition.

Cons:

The bed was far too soft for me, I felt like I sunk into it. The seal on the door of my room was worn to the point you could see light through it so I could hear people in the corridor.

Pros:

The view was perfect,the room was nice and clean,I love the space in the restroom and the valet parking I love the music

Cons:

That booking messed up my booking so I didn't get to stay the whole weekend

Pros:

The hotel had a great ambiance and the rooms were great.

Cons:

Little stingy with water bottles and the mattresses need to be replaced. Sagged in the middle but we still slept well.
