This hotel felt luxurious. The lobby is large and really grand, I was upgraded to the 23rd floor, the room is a good size with high ceilings, the bathroom is a good size and pretty, the bonus, a nice Nespresso coffee machine with Vertuo pods.
Very walkable area. About half a mile from the main bar scene/club area. Really nice because you’re close to the action but far enough away from the crowds and noise. We were in town during the CMAs. So crowded but we could walk everywhere and didn’t have the hassle of driving, parking or taxis/ride shares .
I find the Grand Hyatt Downtown Nashville to be an amazing hotel experience with an ideal location, beautiful accommodations and most importantly, the kindest most gracious staff. Hands down my favorite place to stay whenever I’m in Music City!
This is a great hotel with beautiful facilities and staff who go above and beyond. The chef, Payu, made our visit special to celebrate a birthday! She was so considerate and was one of the many wonderful staff members who helped make our stay great!
Highly recommend your next stay to be here!! The amount of care we received here was amazing! The room was veryyy clean and nice! The city view was amazing!! It was in a very good spot, a couple blocks over from broadway!! The valet guys were awesome as well, Jaevon stands out because he always had a smile on his face and was very polite, I’m sure we got on his nerves lol he made getting our cars easy! Now most importantly, Mr. Larry the bellman was phenomenal!! He was a light to our stay!!! Mr. Larry truly deserves the highest pay that could be giving to him!!! His kindness, his thoughtfulness, his PASSION for his job definitely didn’t go unnoticed!!! He went out his way to make sure we were taking care of and comfortable throughout our stay!! I gave him a hug every chance I got!! You don’t see this amount of care or kindness anymore!! Mr. Larry if you see this, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!! Overall our experience at this particular hotel was excellent everyone was so nice and welcoming!!

Perfect location with great atmosphere. Clean rooms and beautiful pool area. The live music was great and the overall experience was amazing.
Everything was good I will stay here 1 million more times I loved everything about this hotel
Exceptional service. Great location. Highly recommend. Easy walk to Broadway and The Gulch. Check out the rooftop bar!!
Close to attractions.
This is a beautiful hotel, but the service experience was shockingly bad.
The positives: the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is extremely convenient to many Nashville attractions. The 5th floor poolside restaurant and the rooftop bar has consistently good service - prompt and professional.
That’s unfortunately where the good service ends. Everything from check in onwards was a headache. I got to the hotel after a redeye flight and upon explaining to the front desk that my friend had checked into the room the night before, I was told that my friend needed to come downstairs to let me up to the room. I was dumbfounded, as both of our names were on the reservation, which the front desk later admitted. No further assistance was offered - not even an offer to call up to the room to alert my friend that i had arrived. To add additional context to the frustration - I had come in from the pouring rain, with my luggage, and it was very early in the morning.
The lobby restaurant was equally bad. The restaurant was maybe 20% full when I visited, but it took the waiter 20 minutes to take my order, and then I waited another 15 minutes before the waiter returned and told me that he had forgotten to put my order in.
Our stay at the hotel ended with the hotel charging us a ~$200 duplicate fee.
Great experience and stayed at this property before Caleb the Manager was very helpful and all the staff were excellent.
Bar tender in the evening was great!
