The breakfast was unusual to our taste. I dont like to see waste and on the second morning we told the waiter to plate only two or three potatoes. But again for a second day the plate was full of more patotoes than anyone could eat. PLEASE stop the waste. As I said, the offering was a bit unusual especially the gravlax which was not to my taste.

We checked in at about 20:00 of day 1 and had the car valet parked. I was told it was in and out no problem and was charged for two days. But on departure day we checked out of the rooms before 11:00 and took the car to a shopping area some three miles out. I mentioned to the valet parker that we would return later as our flight wasnt until late. Our friend had a late check out (the car was not on his room). We arranged to return to have lunch together. I was not happy that we were charged again for parking based on the fact we had been already charged for two days and I would have expected that charge would still apply until 20:00, the full 48 hours of 2 days.
It was overall a really great hotel. Several food & drink options, the aesthetics were lovely and the room was a nice size. It was in a great location and walkable to so many things.
The lights were a little confusing, and also the shower water didn’t get quite hot enough for me.

I find it absolutely appalling that you charge a $200 incidental fee and then do not tell the customer that it doesnt go onto their account as a credit and then youre billed whatever you went over at the end of your stay. Instead you get charged $200 up front and then get charged again at the very end for everything you already paid for. So now my family and I are stuck having to make up hundreds of dollars we werent expecting to be missing. Not everyone who stays at your hotel can afford that. We saved for a year to be able to attend that event and rent a room for 3 days. And now there's almost $600 taken out of our account and we won't get the refund for the incidental for 2 WEEKS! understand this...that is 2 weeks worth of food for our kids that is now gone and we are left scrambling to make up for that. If that is how you do your billing you need to make your customers aware so they can plan for that. Not everyone can wait 2 fucking weeks for a refund!
