Relaxing and comfortable!
Pros:

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations! My room on the 21st floor afforded a good view of the city, and a shield from the noise in the streets below. Customer service was top-notch! One concern was the price of drinks in the bar area - $19 for a rum punch, with all the taxes was excessive.

Won’t stay here again
Pros:

Lovely hotel room and well appointed, great restaurant options BUT no one answers the phone for housekeeping or the front desk. The terrible part was that I asked for a quiet room and was given one on the 21st floor. I was excited and pleased until the band at the rooftop bar started playing. When I reached the desk to tell them the drums were unbearable I was told they could let security know. I was not offered another room and I find it amazing to think that since the bar is on the 25th floor, all the floors in between on this side are unbearably noisy while the band plays which will be until midnight tonight. No sleep for us tonight.

Best in the USA!
Pros:

Amazing Globalist Club in the USA! Top level service, each one of the courteous staff members pays close attention to the details and ensures to keep fresh food served during breakfast and dinner times. They offer a variety of foods during a given day and between days; if you are there for an extended period of time you won’t find yourself limited to the same selection every day. Cleanliness is superior. Chic contemporary atmosphere. You are welcome with a great smile every-time you enter the club. Will certainly visit again. Highly recommend to other Globalist travelers.

The valet parking was so easy although there looked like a carpark very near.

Absolutely delightful stay and Julie in the grand club went over and above and Jennifer in the restaurant who was Scottish and Emma and Melissa at the rooftop bar felt like great friends by the end of our visit!!

The Grand Hyatt did not disappoint.
Pros:

We had a great experience at the Grand Hyatt in Nashville. The staff inside the club lounge was absolutely phenomenal, Jimmy at the lobby bar definitely takes the best bartender award. Larry the bellman was prompt, remembered the smallest details and truly went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. The property itself was a beautiful sight to see. We will definitely be back soon!

Staff is amazing!
Pros:

The staff here makes this place shine. Indra in the lounge made us feel like beloved family in just two days. He remembered our name and created us warmly every visit. Indra was perfectly attentive and noticed our every need almost before we did. The staff at check in was amazing and missed no detail. The Grand Hyatt is managed and ran like the best of the best. We stayed in a Suite and room was awesome! I could move in. We will be back!

Pros:

I LOVED EVERYTHING!! This was the best experience I’ve had, hands down. As soon as you walk in the doors it takes your breath away. The staff was so accommodating and the room was spotless. So clean and beautiful. The roof top bar is a must, I really loved that. The gym was great and the view was breathtaking from my room! Where can I get some of that shampoo and body wash? That stuff was great!

Cons:

There’s not a SINGLE thing I didn’t like! I don’t like the fact that I couldn’t stay longer!

Pros:

Clean and nice facility. Everything is well organized. Beautiful scenery with alot to enjoy at the hotel itself. Many restaurants, tennis, golf and other festivals right at this hotel. You do not have to go far for entertainment but you are on Broadway and it's only a short distance from the main attractions.
