Breakfast - not sure , never made it to eat breakfast there . Location - is very good , next to the highway . Easy to get in and out . However, if you need to get some- you need a car .
Price could be better . Its a bit overpriced .

The service wasn’t the best. We paid for breakfast during our stay, however the wait was too long and we needed to get going with the day.
The bar and restaurant were very understaffed and there was a very long wait for service. The hotel needs to employ more staff to cater for the guests
Cleanliness - rooms were spacious and clean and it was a good location
Trying to make contact with the hotel was a nightmare and they don't reply to messages on BOOKING.COM. Trying to call them was also difficult as it goes through a third party who have no idea what they are doing. I called 6 times to sort out a late arrival. When we arrived there was only one person serving and one person in front of me and it took 20 mins to get our keys. The staff member seemed very incompetent and confused. We ordered room service for dinner one night at 8pm and it took at least an hour to come and when it arrived the order was wrong. Then had to wait another 20 mins for them to send the right order and the food was very basic. We extended our stay for a late checkout as our plane was late and they asked us to go and sign something before we left which was more waiting. We leave for the day and get back and the room keys no longer work so we had to go down and explain we paid for a late checkout and they had forgotten to give us new keys. More waiting. So frustrating. Then when we were leaving we called to get help with our bags and they took over 20 mins and we went down to our transport and sat in the car another 15 mins and the bags never came down. We had to enquire what was taking so long and the staff member had put our bags in storage (this it at 7pm at night - why would we store our bags at night?). It was all very confusing as we hardly saw any guests while we were there but it seemed like everything took forever and nothing went smoothly. We also laughed as when we arrived a gentleman came to our room and said that everything in the mini bar was free "Not like Vegas" he says and when we checked our mini bar there was nothing in it. The only thing in the room was a bottle of water. We asked another staff member downstairs if the mini bar was meant to be full and he abruptly said no - not even looking up from his computer. Just not very friendly service. I expected so much from JW Marriot especially for the price.
Always a pleasure to stay here when we visit Disneyland.
The customer service here is Top Notch. Very friendly, and proactive at helping guests. Shout-out to Joy. He came out to greet us in the lobby (he recognized us from a previous visit). He is sooo nice!
Property is super clean and upscale. Great views of Disneyland fireworks from Roof bar or Elite Lounge.
We check-in morning, drop off bags, then walk to Disneyland. Front desk texts us when room is ready and deliver our bags (awesome service).
We self park in Garden Walk (park on 4th floor, walk towards Huckleberry's, and JW gate is right there).

A really nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to Disneyland. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Negatives:
Poor water pressure in shower.
Outrageous parking fee ( I did not use this)
Price match guarantee is a hoax. I provided detailed information of a lower price on Expedia Canada. Spoke to multiple customer service representatives. They always responded with various lame excuses. I kept my booking as my daughter’s family was staying at this hotel and my prior resolution never to deal with Expedia again.
