Pros:

The hotel was awesome. Great location! Clean!!!!! Close to resturants, beach, and the main street. You do have to park across the street for an extra fee. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I would stay again.

The linens and towels were not soft, and our pillows were quite uncomfortable. The room had no soft furnishings to make it feel cosy.

מקום חמוד, נמצא ממש במרכז העניינים של העיירה

מארחת נפלאה בקבלה בשם אפי. חדרים נחמדים , לא הייתה שמיכה, היינו צריכים לבקש מראש ומכיוון שהקבלה פתוחה רק עד 17 בלילה כשהגענו לא היה כבר ניתן לקבל. מדיניות קשוחה של החלפת מגבות וסדינים פעם ביומיים. היינו צריכים ממש להתווכח כדי לקבל מגבות נקיות בגלל שלא שמנו לב לדף עם ההוראות ששמו בחדר.

אם אין איש צוות זמין בלילה צריכים להודיע על כך בעת קבלת החדרים...

Great modern building, huge clean room with immediate access to beach and town center
Pros:

Huge room with lots of windows, sparkling clean, wonderful terrace with sea and mountain view. Basically in town center with immediate access to the beach, port and taverns. We used a close by paid and secured parking where you can mention you stay at Smile Inn for multiple days and you might get a discount. We did but I don't know if it's an established procedure. Everything was perfect. Nydri is wonderful. Oh and don't forget to bring your own cutlery if you want to use the small kitchen as the property also recommends.

I can honestly say that this was the best holiday we’ve had in recent years. Lefkada is such a beautiful place, and being able to enjoy it this much was thanks to the wonderful staff of this hotel. A very special thanks to Efi, who helped us with everything in the kindest and warmest way possible. The suite we stayed in had an amazing view and was spotless. Later, when we decided to extend our holiday, we had to change rooms, and that room was also perfectly clean and comfortable. Everything was beyond our expectations. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!

Great location and close to everything - it was extremely clean

Cons:

Felt a little clinical - no home or warm touches but it was perfect for what we needed - also the Aircon was not working so we had a very stuffy night - staff were amazing and very friendly and efficient
