Close to airport.
Zeer ruime kamer met een fruit, koekjes en handgeschreven briefje. Ruime douche en apart toilet. Ontzettend uitgebreid ontbijt buffet, let op dit is alleen voor betalende gasten. De gasten die de overnachting van de luchtvaart maatschappij krijgen hebben een deprimerende ontbijtzaal met minder keuze.
De transfer was inbegrepen maar het was een heel gedoe. Dat kwam met name omdat de medewerkers ontzettend slecht Engels spreken. De chauffeur van de bus was onbeschoft en zei "shut up" toen we aangekomen op de locatie uit wilde stappen. Het hotel heeft een zijingang waar de niet betalende gasten worden afgeleverd, deze mensen worden hier gedropt als ze een vlucht hebben gemist. Omdat wij wel betaald hadden moesten we uiteindelijk wel bij de hoofdingang zijn.
The staff were just wonderful. I couldn’t fault a single member. Travelling as a single mum can be difficult and they just made the stay so smooth. I also loved the breakfast buffet. High quality, fresh food. Even though we were here to split up our journey to Bali, I honestly didn’t want to leave. There’s also a 7/11 downstairs that’s open 24/7 & a McDonald’s

Good hotel. Rooms were clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast finishes at 10 am and THEY MEAN IT. At 10:02 they literally cleaned up the whole buffet area. We arrived to eat at 9:45 am and only tried a few first dishes. I’m used to a notion that after 10 am new customers wouldn’t be let in but those inside would continue eating with access to the dishes. Not at this hotel. Make sure you take ALL the food and drinks you intend to consume by 9:59 am, after 10 am the tables will be cleared out.

That would be better if shuttle bus service can be available every 20 minutes

X-ray scanning before entering the room was a bit concerning
Very hard to get the shuttle. 2 hotels in the same building almost same name but different entrance-confused

接机的巴士服务有待提高。巴士到达酒店后，明明可以停在大门前，却停在三阶台阶下面，让我们70多岁的老人自己提行李上台阶。当我们向司机提出请求，把巴士停在台阶上面，司机根本不理你。
