Pros:

Molto comodo da raggiungere dalla stazione ferroviaria hbf tramite metro.Comodo per arrivare al centro città con la fermata del tram davanti all entrata.checkin e checkout in autonomia, camera grande, pulizia ottima,la colazione non so perché era troppo cara.

Cons:

Il costo della colazione che non ho preso, secondo me dovrebbe essere ad un prezzo più accessibile.

Agradable alojamiento
Pros:

Me gusto el espacio de las habitaciones,la instalacion de la cocina,el baño, las camas muy comodas.

Cons:

Las almohadas son muy flojas,la variedad del desayuno un poco escasa.
El columpio en las habitaciones lo considero un estorbo,queda muy bien en las fotos publicitarias pero no tiene ninguna utilidad.

Personale molto gentile, disponibile, sempre presente e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza, comprese le intolleranze alimentari. Straordinari Lari, Isa e Lucas! Altra nota positiva l'arredamento moderno e cucina molto bene attrezzata, tutto nuovo e confortevole. Il materasso e i cuscini fantastici davvero super comodi!!

Tutto, bella camera, buona posizione (fermata del tram a pochi metri per raggiungere il centro in 20 minuti circa), lo staff... e anche la possibilità di preparare gratis caffe e cioccolate calde

Cons:

Cambierei i cuscini, ma questa ovviamente è solo un'opinione personale che non può incidere sulla valutazione della struttura

Pros:

Kahvaltısı gayet iyiydi, personel çok yardımcıydı ve gece 10 a kadar (sessiz saat) çocuklarımızın langırt oynamasına ve seslerine tahammül ettiler, geç check in için hızla yardımcı oldular, girişte tüm merkezi yerlere gidebilmemiz için tramvay ve metro planlaması sunulması işimizi kolaylaştırdı, hemen önünden tramvay şehrin her noktasına kolaylıkla erişmemizi sağladı, 5dk lık bir yürüyüş ile Wien HBF gibi merkezi yerlere banliyo ile 14 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Odalar inanılmaz geniş ve aileler için her türlü mutfak malzemesi mevcut

Cons:

Temizlik 3 günde bir yapılıyor, genel anlamada çok sorun değil ama bizim gibi 2 uzun saçlı kadının ardından banyonun temizlenmesi iyi olurdu, lavabo önünde saçınızı tarıyorsunuz ve her yere o saçlar dağılıyor. 2.odamız tren istasyonu tarafına baktığı için geceleri biraz gürültülüydü ama camı açmadığınız sürece sıkıntı yok.

Fantastic city, really good hotel where some improvements could be made.
Pros:

Good location with tram stop just outside the hotel. Bird song in the hotel public spaces. Open air roof terrace. Spacious room/mini apartment.

Cons:

Only having one tiny chocolate slab as a welcome gift (in a room for two people). In the same way, only having one coffee capsule for the in-room coffee machine. I asked for another at the reception and was told it would cost an extra €2,50. To be fair, there was free coffee at the machines in the reception but these weren't working whenwe wanted to use them on a few occasions.

Agradable y amable estancia con ciertos inconvenientes confusos en la gestión de pago
Pros:

El espacio disponible en la habitación, el ambiente y la decoración, además de la disponibilidad de lavandería. Se agradece el detalle del agua con gas y la nota y el chocolate complementarios, así como del servicio de limpieza colocando las sábanas del colchón hinchable. El ambiente de la calle es tranquilo y tiene buena conectividad con el centro por tranvía.

Cons:

Los problemas con el pago de tarjeta, ya que, aunque no solicité el pago por adelantado, se me comunicó que mi tarjeta de pago no era válida. Al probar repetidas veces con otra tarjeta con fondos a lo largo de varias horas, tampoco fue aceptada. Consecuentemente, tuve que retirar la totalidad del dinero del pago de la estancia en efectivo para poder acceder a la habitación, creando un estrés significativo durante el período hasta que finalmente pude realizar el pago el primer día de estancia.
