La mayoría del personal muy querido, sobre todo Verónica muy diligente y amable.

Cons:

La habitación que nos asignaron era mucho más pequeña de lo que esperábamos, por lo que tuvimos que solicitar cambio. Solo una de las empleadas un poco grosera, nos acosaba para terminar de desayunar recogiendo todo por encima de nosotras cuando aún no habíamos terminado y tenía mala actitud cuando le pedíamos algún favor.

Habitación precaria, desayuno escaso y sin agua caliente hicieron de esta una estadía muy decepcionante.

La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

La habitación 102 era extremadamente pequeña. El desayuno fue muy limitado: sin queso, sin arepa, y las únicas frutas disponibles eran papaya y melón. El baño tiene una abertura en el techo que comunica con los baños o habitaciones del piso de arriba, y podía literalmente sentir los olores. Por la noche, el humo de cigarrillo de otros huéspedes se filtraba dentro de mi habitación. No hubo agua caliente en ningún momento.
