Excelente ubicación y buen precio!
Pros:

La cama es muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, el personal es sumamente amable y de buen trato. La ubicación es fenomenal y de fácil acceso, cerca a una amplia zona gastronomica y a 2 cuadras de centro comercial Buenavista y el centro comercial Viva.

Cons:

Varias habitaciones no cuentan con ventanas. La insonorización entre habitaciones es escasa, en la que me asignaron se escuchaban las conversaciones de otras habitaciones y del lobby.

Cons:

En el momento están en la instalación de un ascensor y hay mucho ruido durante el día. A pesar de que habíamos reservado una habitación doble para dos personas durante cuatro días, nos dieron la habitación más pequeña del hotel, con una ventana muy pequeña, que apenas permitía un escaso ingreso de luz natural. No había un lugar cómodo para dejar las maletas, aparte de una pequeña esquina en el piso. La habitación era sencilla, pero estaba limpia. A otros huéspedes que iban solos, les dieron habitaciones más grandes e incluso para tres o cuatro personas. Le sugeriría al hotel no ofertar la habitación 206 hasta agrandarla tomando espacio de la terraza que en el momento está inutilizada, u ofrecerla en Booking con una tarifa diferente, ya que las fotos en Booking definitivamente hacen pensar que la experiencia de alojamiento es distinta a la que ofrece la habitación.
Uno de los días, mientras mi esposa estaba durmiendo durante la tarde, entraron las personas del aseo sin golpear la puerta, afortunadamente mi esposa no se estaba bañando o vistiendo en ese momento.

Pros:

Esta muy bien ubicado, queda cerca del c.c Buena Vista se puede ir a pie. Muy buena zona. Personal amable y atento.

Great location, clean but low quality amenities & a lot of things out of order that could be fixed with better atten

The location was convenient to my plans.

Cons:

The TV did not work in one of the rooms. One of the rooms did not have soap in the shower dispenser. Staff did not leave a towel in a room and tried to blame us for misplacing it during a checkout. One of the rooms I reserved had uncomfortably small bathroom. Breakfast was very underwhelming.
