Pros:

Sin duda vuestra atencion al Cliente es lo destacable, no quisiera minimizar las maravillosas vistas y la calma,paz y silencio que se respira en ese enterno, pero sin una buena atencion al cliente quizas ya no seria lo mismo. Teneis un 10/10 respecto a vuestra atencion al cliente, en especial gracias al (Alex) quien me hizo sentir como un principe con el trato recibido de su parte. Volvere sin duda, y de paso os pedire vuestro ingrediente secreto para tan buen trato a los clientes y asi aplicarlo en mi sector de campings. Hasta pronto!!

Pros:

Vrijwel perfect, smaakvol ingericht onderkomen op een sublieme lokatie, met een uitstekende keuken.

Cons:

Er viel nauwelijks iets tegen. De enige opmerking is, dat de kamer die wij hadden nogal gehorig is. Luidop pratende buren zijn te volgen, muziek klinkt gauw te hard door.

Mucho encanto en un pueblecito pequeño del Pirineu, bien situado, cerca de la Seu d' Urgell. Personal maravilloso por profesionalidad y amabilidad. Habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y acogedoras.

Rustig hotel boven op de berg. Heerlijk gegeten

Cons:

Het zwembad was eigenlijk geen zwembad te noemen. Het hotel ligt erg afgelegen. Het dorp boven op de berg is erg smal. Met een beetje grote auto niet door te komen

Highly recommended, as an option to stay outside the main town
Pros:

Rural location in an historic village, great views. Very friendly people, especially the manager who was most helpful. Quality food. Parking and electric charging.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee makers in the rooms, or at least available in the attractive sitting rooms
