Beautiful room that was large for a family of 5 2 adults, 7 year old, 2 year old and 6 month old!!! Thank you for the kindness

This is a great location right off the highway and it's a newer hotel. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately they had a pipe burst during routine maintenance so there was no running water when I checked in at 5pm until 11:30 PM which I get it things happen it just sucked if you needed to use the restroom, wash your hands, brush your teeth etc. The staff did a great job offering complementary bottles of water to everyone until the problem was resolved to do some of the above mentioned things.

After a long day of driving from west MI, our room at home 2 suites was without water due to a burst water pipe which was flooding the first floor. Although this situation was stressful , the staff at home2suites handled it with kindness and grace. They already had someone on site trying to rectify the problem, but unfortunately could not give a time when the water would be back on. Without hesitation , Zach N made immediate alternate accommodations at Fairfield Marriott . Zach called directly to Andrew S. at Fairfield to let them know we were coming and also paid for our 1 night stay. Zach was very thoughtful and sincere in acknowledging the unfortunate unforeseen circumstance that was beyond his control. He was so helpful in arranging our alternate stay and then verified with the sister hotel that our transfer would be as seamless and hassle free as possible. While we did not stay at home2suites, i would still highly recommend this hotel for the grace and kindness shown by your staff (specifically Zach Noblitt) in a very stressful moment. Thank you so much Zach!

The hotel is right off the interstate and very convenient to restaurants and stores. The lobby was bright and spacious. The suites were well appointed and had plenty of room and would be a great place to spend a more lengthy stay. The breakfast was typical hotel fare. Good value

Excellent experience! Checked in late traveling for work & was met with a very nice and helpful night manager. Room was pristine- very clean. Bed was so comfortable- reminded me of Hyatt hotel beds. (I travel 50% of the year & do not usually sleep well in hotels). Also room was extremely quiet- no elevator noise, no doors opening/closing, & no noise from interstate. Highly recommend.

Even though the worldwide company computer system was down, and even though we sat in the lobby for 2 hours after over 7 hours on the road getting there, eventually the manager came over and thanked us for our patience in waiting so long, and offered to manually set us up in a room, and that they would not be charging us for the room, was a costly option for them, but showed a willingness to do what they had to make us comfortable. They couldn't print keys so my husband and I had to take turns showering and eating so that someone was there to let the other person back in. The rain was not pleasant for loading up the car, but the hotel wasn't responsible for that, of course.

The suite exceeded my expectations. It’s was incredibly clean and tidy. The space was perfect for what we needed featuring two queen beds and a bonus sleeper sofa. We had a kitchenette which was perfect. Everything was great and they have a fabulous clean non toxic shampoo/conditioner and all hand soaps which I’ve never seen before usually we bring our own but it was nice being able to use these. The kids loved the pool. Will definitely use this accommodation again.

Loved our stay at this Home2 Suites! The room was spotless and updated, and the breakfast had plenty of great options. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We went to the Columbus , In Home 2 Suite . The atmosphere was great the , the rooms nice and clean . A little expensive. Everything was very clean. The employees very helpful and friendly.
The Bad: it was very hot outside and the hall ways in the Hotel were about the same temperature as outside. Miserable to walk in and hall your luggage . They had zero AC in the hallways .
The next bad thing only had one elevator running and the hotel was booked and the wait for an elevator was LONG . Everyone we waited with complained about it also . Then a few times the door was acting up in a the only functioning elevator.

Other then that a very pleasant stay .

I was traveling from Tennessee to Chicago and my car broke down and I was able to get a room last minute. It was honestly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in and their morning free breakfast was truly phenomenal.!
