Tem tudo pra ser incrível, mas o Check-out acabou com a experiência.
Pros:

Hotel tem tudo para ter um 10. Mas sabe quando a última impressão afeta?

Cons:

Tentaram nos cobrar algo que nao consumimos e quando falei que nao era nosso, falaram que "you need to prove it". Perdi 40 minutos do último dia de viagem nisso. Saí decepcionado demais com o hotel. Fora que a diária do estacionamento é quase 250 reais.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

I booked this hotel as I had previously had an amazing experience here but things have changed. The property is clean and I love the location close to the mall and good restaurants.

Cons:

Customer service leave a lot to be desired. I was charged valet when I didn’t use that service. Parking says it’s $38 on Booking.com but I was charged $40 per night and had to argue with the receptionist to refund me my money. I called three times and they hung up the phone. My bill is still incorrect. I’m being charged more than I booked and the hotel will not refund me.

My stay was short but memorable, due to the pleasant interactions with the staff.
Pros:

The room was spacious. The counter space in the bathroom was a bonus for me; I like bathrooms with plenty of counterspace.

The staff at check-in were pleasant and the concierge and shuttle staff were extremely kind and helpful.
