I think it’s the best place to stay in Port Said! It’s clean, well-organized, the view from our suite overlooking the Suez Canal was amazing! The staff is very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Would love to come back!

No value for money
Pros:

The location is excellent near canal and beach and town center. The Canal view is beautiful. The room size is reasonably good.

Cons:

The breakfast is very modest with very low quality of hot and cold beverages. The room service is very bad serving plastic forks and spoons with hot soup and chicken dish and one hour delay to deliver my requested coffee and when I complained they said sorry we forgot your room number!!!
Room furniture is very old and lack maintenance.
Bathroom was not clean with traces of rust everywhere on nickel parts and no hand towel hanger and no shower cap.

الفندق لا يرقى أن يكون من فئة الفنادق السياحية .. الاستقبال من موظفين الاستقبال سئ التعامل وغير مرحبين بالضيوف .. النظافة في الغرف غير مناسبة . الغرف فيها كمية غبار شديدة والاكواب غير نظيفة غير ذلك وهو الاهم لا يوجد اهتمام بالتفاصيل في الفندق . الافطار مناسب ولكن الموظفين غير مهتمين بالنظافة والشكل المقدم حيث تواجد اكثر من كوب شاي مكسر وبمقابض مكسرة في بوفية الافطار وهذا دليل اهمال وعدم اهتمام بما يقدم للضيف.
