Pros:

The location is excellent near canal and beach and town center. The Canal view is beautiful. The room size is reasonably good.

Cons:

The breakfast is very modest with very low quality of hot and cold beverages. The room service is very bad serving plastic forks and spoons with hot soup and chicken dish and one hour delay to deliver my requested coffee and when I complained they said sorry we forgot your room number!!!
Room furniture is very old and lack maintenance.
Bathroom was not clean with traces of rust everywhere on nickel parts and no hand towel hanger and no shower cap.

الفندق لا يرقى أن يكون من فئة الفنادق السياحية .. الاستقبال من موظفين الاستقبال سئ التعامل وغير مرحبين بالضيوف .. النظافة في الغرف غير مناسبة . الغرف فيها كمية غبار شديدة والاكواب غير نظيفة غير ذلك وهو الاهم لا يوجد اهتمام بالتفاصيل في الفندق . الافطار مناسب ولكن الموظفين غير مهتمين بالنظافة والشكل المقدم حيث تواجد اكثر من كوب شاي مكسر وبمقابض مكسرة في بوفية الافطار وهذا دليل اهمال وعدم اهتمام بما يقدم للضيف.

الموقع اكثر من ممتاز قريب عن كل احتياجات السايح وخاصه كورنيش البحر ومتوفر جميع المرافق اللتي يحتاجه السايح من محل صرافه الي جم ومطاعم وحضانه اطفال وصالون وجميع المحلات متوفره في باحة الفندق لايحتاج ان تخرج من سور الفندق كل الخدمات متوفره واكل المطعم لذيذ جدا وخاصه سي فود والاسماك ونشكر ايضا مدير المطعم وموظفينه من تقديم الخدمه المميزه

Great location poor quality hotel

The location is perfect.

Cons:

The property desperately needs to be fully renovated. Lobby, restaurant, bar, pool area as well as the rooms need to be fully refurbished, as with this special location it deserves to be the best hotel in Port Said.

Hôtel très agréable.
Pros:

Donne sur le canal donc pas de bruit.
La piscine. La vue sur la promenade le long du canal et sur le canal. Le petit déjeuner buffet. Le personnel très agréable. La plage et ses restaurants à deux pas.
