Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

When my husband and I arrived, all garbage cans were overflowing. This morning when we went downstairs to have breakfast, the garbage cans were overflowing and the person mopping didn’t bother to empty the cans.
Also, the air conditioner didn’t work in our room and fortunately, we always bring our fan from home and that helped.

Nice stay , comfortable beds, great location , nice staff.
Pros:

Great location , quiet with nice staff.

Cons:

A little up keep would be nice . The hallway carpets look like they haven’t been swept in a week. Small details make a huge difference .

Pros:

Loved how close the hotel is to shopping and food. Great location and quiet. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The gentleman who worked night shift on Saturday night was a jerk. He was very judgemental and tried to not sale us a few beers. My husband and I checked the Tru website and it said we can purchase beer anytime as long as we are guests of the hotel. Well the gentleman got rude and told us the website was wrong, but he was going to sell us the beer anyways. I think he knew we were right and didn't want to get into trouble.

We brought our 4 and 8 year olds with us and had a little vacation this weekend. I called early Friday morning to make sure we had a room with a bath tub. The nice lady told me yes she put us in a room with a bath tub. Then when I checked in the front desk lady told me yes we are to have a room with a bath tub. We got into our room and No bath tub. I gave up at that point and I dealt with giving our 4 year old a shower. The shower has crazy water pressure and our son was not happy but I made it work.

Our room was decently clean. They gave us 2 towels. Had a half used toilet paper roll and none of the trash cans had a trash liner.

Cons:

No cameras around area especially the parking. My car was hit and I had no way of validating who or what smashed the front end of my car.
We stayed in three hotels total that were either larger or grander on our trip. Yours was the most expensive. Floors in room was sticky.
