Music loud in next unit, it stopped playing after awhile.
They TV was linked to another room. It randomly turned on welcoming other guests.
The deadbolt did not work.
This is the first time I've had issues with my stay here. Normally everything is great.
Bathroom door was broken & was a safety hazard.
I paid expecting 2 queen size bed but I only received a king size be with foldout couch.

We arrived late, and the property was really busy, but Nancy was handling everything like a pro! I was amazed at how hard she was working not just to make sure everyone was adequately accommodated, but that we all had a pleasant stay and experience. When I saw her still going hard in the morning, I was even more impressed. We also had a great experience with breakfast staff, and we were pleased at how kind and accommodating they were. The staff really made this stay notable by going above and beyond!

The location is just minutes away from restaurants and movie theaters, and it's conveniently situated near the highway leading to Columbus. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly Mrs. Nancy. This hotel offers great value and convenience.
The location is located near restaurants and has acceptable exits so you don't have to feel as if your fighting your for life in rush hour to leave or enter.
Breakfast starts early enough and it's good. Rooms appear clean and modern with friendly staff.
The coffee needs replenished more often in the AM
