Perfekte Lage, unfreundlicher Empfang, unbequeme Betten, keine Ausstattung

Die Lage ist einfach ideal

Cons:

Ich bin früh am Morgen angekommen, und die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war leider überhaupt nicht freundlich. Außerdem waren die Matratzen sehr unbequem. In einem Zimmer für 160 Euro bin ich auf dem Doppelbett ständig in die Mitte zwischen die beiden Matratzen gerutscht. Das war wirklich sehr unangenehm. Auch die Kissen waren unbequem.

Badezimmer gab es außerdem keinerlei Zubehör, außer Caffe, Tee, Creme und Seife. Es gab weder eine Duschhaube noch ein Nähset oder andere übliche Kleinigkeiten, die man normalerweise in einem Hotelzimmer erwartet.

Das Frühstück war echt lecker vor allem auch für uns als Veggis- supi Service, gesund und froh machen.

Cons:

Die auf Mailnachfrage versprochenen Antiallergische Bettwäsche UND feste Kopfkissen wurde nicht erfüllt . Sehr ärgerlich, zumal an der Rezeption gesagt wurde es wäre erfüllt.
Außer einem SORRY keine Reaktion- bei so einem großen Hotel...

Bei frühen Abflügen vom BER sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Nur 1 Minute Fußweg zum Terminal und sehr komfortables, bestens ausgestattetes Zimmer (inklusive Kaffeekocher und Bügelbrett)

Idealne miejsca na loty z BER!
Pros:

Pytanie o widok z pokoju w hotelu, który dosłownie styka się z wejściem na lotnisko jest dość osobliwe :) Hotel dla podróżnych idealnie położony, dobrze wygłuszony, ekspres kapsułkowy fajnie, że był. Nowocześnie, czysto, przyjaźnie.
