Great to meet people. Needs to be cleaner
Pros:

Staff were incredible. If you want to meet people and make friends they have events running through the day everyday.

Cons:

Sometimes the water didn’t work and I had stains on my bed sheets

Good location, safe, but the rooms were too hot.
Pros:

Good location, helpful staff and felt safe. Good if you want a social hostel.

Cons:

It is very hot in Cartagena and the shared rooms did not have good air conditioning which made it quite unpleasant to sleep or relax in the room, and the sink area and toilets were outside which again were not very nice to use in the heat. Quite expensive for a basic hostel.

Cons:

This was by far the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. It was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to get any sleep. The rooms and common areas were dirty, and the beds were so uncomfortable that I woke up with back pain.

The bathrooms were flooded, with water covering the floors, making them unpleasant and unsafe to use. To make matters worse, I saw cockroaches in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable.

I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest comfort.
