I would rate the room 3.5 out of 5 for our stay as a family of three. It's budget-friendly and definitely worth the cost. The only drawback was the restroom—it felt a bit old and wasn’t well maintained. If they renovate the restrooms, this would be an excellent option for budget travelers.

**Avoid at All Costs! This Place is a Nightmare.**

If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere immediately—Octave Hotel is the worst accommodation I’ve ever encountered, and I sincerely hope never to return.

First off, the rooms are in a deplorable state. The bedsheets feel as if they’ve been in use for a decade and don’t seem freshly laundered, leaving you with the unsettling feeling that you're sharing the bed with countless previous guests. The bathroom is equally unclean, and the towels are so worn and grimy that they’re practically unusable.

I genuinely can’t understand how this establishment remains in business. The environment here is questionable, with a noticeable influx of people seemingly interested in short-term stays for purposes that don’t foster a family-friendly atmosphere. If you're a traveler or a family looking for a comfortable, safe, and hygienic place, steer clear of this place.

Poorly maintained property. Broken furniture. Damaged door locks. Shady stairs. Noisy fans. Torn bed linen. Electric kettle provided but no tea/coffee sachets. Entrance picture on Property Details page for this property is a fake one. Pretty narrow entrance.

Only good thing is that it is near to a metro station and the main street.

Hotel wasn't as what the stay looked like. I had it booked for 4 days but I ended up leaving after 1 night. The constant smell.

Didn't feel comfortable through out. Hotel doesn't even give you bottled water for visitors when they arrive, nor do they give you any amenities for people who arrive at first. Never again!
