Me gusto mucho la atención de la chica de la recepción llamada Mare y la del señor José, todos los dias estuvo muy pendiente de cualquiera solicitud y era muy atento. Me gusto que el hotel nos regalo un dulce y un almuerzo por nuestro aniversario eso fue un lindo gesto.

La atención del personal, muy atentos y serviciales, nos hicieron cambio de habitación y encontramos una habitación muy moderna, muy cómoda, muy limpia, las instalaciones del hotel eran muy bonitas y agradables. El desayuno también rico, variado y con muy buena atención en la mesa.
La terraza es un lugar muy bonito pero le hace falta iluminación y ambientación para que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar un poco más.

Me gustó mucho la disposición de servicio del personal, todos muy amables y atentos, cabe destacar que Berny es una persona que resalta en cuanto al servicio ya que sin pedirlo siempre estaba muy atento a los requerimientos que teníamos para mi bebé. En resumen nada malo que decir, 100% recomendados. La comida muy rica.

Staff doing a great job and keeps the standards high..next to the beach and they provided towels..clean and amazing view from our room
Not good breakfast..average i could describe it..also next to us to another room there was an old man (client of hotel) that he smoked drugs all day and night and all the floor smells awfully..i had to close my windows for avoiding the bad smell.that wasn't hotel's false but they could tell him something..i dont have any complaints from hotel and i highly recommend it because of the place, the staff and the view! Keep up the good work
