Pros:

El desayuno estaba bien pero el lugar para desayunar era un poco estrecho y poco acogedor

Cons:

cuando entre a la habitacion el aire estaba prendido muy frio, aunque lo apague la habiatacion nunca se calento y dormi con frio

Maravilhosa, voltarei mil vezes se possível!
Pros:

Ganhamos um upgrade para um outro hotel da rede, que fica 100m de distância do Luxury… Quarto enorme, tudo novinho e muito limpo! Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos

Cons:

O Elevador tinha um cheiro forte, não sei ao certo o que era (talvez algum produto da manutenção). Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia.

Staff was excellent. Beds were quite good & very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food...the fresh fruit was exceptional.

Cons:

The lack of a pool and exercise facility was offset by the 2 block walk the the beach.

Trato extremadamente cordial y habitación muy cómoda !!
Pros:

Habitación cómoda, limpia, ordenada y de buen tamaño. El personal es muy receptivo, extremadamente amable y muy profesional (en especial Mercelys y Liliana). Tiene una terraza en el último piso que es muy agradable para relajarse por las tardes. Nos regalaron 2 mocktails de bienvenida y siempre estuvieron muy atentos a cualquier tipo de necesidad que tuviésemos. El desayuno es muy variado, muy delicioso y es otro de los puntos altos a destacar, de verdad muy, muy rico !!

Cons:

Sólo 2 puntos en contra, uno fue que un día al llegar por la tarde, nos encontramos con que estaban desinfectando algunas áreas y no fuimos advertidos de esta situación y lo otro es que el papel higiénico podría ser de mejor calidad.
