Pros:

The first impresión when we arrive was Good , instead that we walked out from one of the building to the other one , they give us a free upgrade , the room was clean , the hall smell nice , the bellboy at night super great , actually the whole staff is great , The fontdesk agent at night that receive us in the second Hotel i don't remember his name , he is awesome ,

Cons:

Everything was good nothing to claim , the hot water is perfects , the bed is comfortable , they also have a good roof top , in front is a 24/7 bakery ,

La mejor opción para Cartagena; ubicación, comodidad y atención excepcionales.
Pros:

Excelente hotel, en una muy buena zona de Cartagena, para pasarla bien y no preocuparse por nada! Las instalaciones y facilities son muy buenas y cómodas, a 1 cuadra de la playa (te facilitan hasta las toallas de playa), pero por sobre todo debe destacarse la atención y amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel, que son EXCEPCIONALES; todo el tiempo estuvieron pendientes de que no nos faltara nada y de que la experiencia fuera la mejor. Sin dudas, será mi primera opción para mi próximo viaje a la ciudad!
