Personal muy amable
Clean and comfortable room. Very close to a range of restaurants and cafes. Nice welcome.
Breakfast was just OK
The staff were incredibly helpful and really valued the guests. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we were allowed to leave our luggage overnight as we travelled elsewhere

Todo fue perfecto hasta la última noche, al llegar a la habitación después de haber realizado un tour durante el día, al arreglarme para salir en la noche no encontré mi anillo de matrimonio que había dejado en el cajón del clóset, estaba entremedio de mi ropa, buscamos por horas y no aprecio 😕 fue lo único malo, el personal y gerencia se portó muy bien con nosotros con respecto a lo sucedido, hicieron todo lo que estaba a su alcance para poder ayudarnos , entendimos también que una situación así no tiene anda que ver con la gerencia si no más bien con el personal de aseo… error mío igual de no dejarlo en la caja fuerte , todos los otros días lo había dejado en el cajón y no había pasado nada …. Triste que ya sabiendo que al otro día dejábamos el hotel se perdiera algo 😓y más algo tan valioso para nosotros que justamente estábamos celebrando nuestra luna de miel 😣

La première nuit, nous avions réservé une chambre pour une personne seule et, sincèrement, c’était une punition ! C’est vraiment dommage de pénaliser les personnes qui voyagent seules… Heureusement, le lendemain, une autre chambre nous a été proposée, mais il a fallu aller se plaindre.

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée le 1er jour était au rdc et la fenêtre donnait sur un mur. Nous avons demandé à en changer. Le personnel très réactif nous en a donné une nouvelle à l étage, plus lumineuse. Très bonne expérience donc.

Todo, el personal es maravilloso, muy atento, las instalaciones, el bufete, estamos muy contentos con la estadía. Excelente lugar.
El hotel sería perfecto si tuviera una piscina, pero solo por decir algo, porque nos encantó.
El hotel está bastante bien, las habitaciones grandes pero las vistas dan para edificios, malas vistas, el servicio de limpieza también es una pena porque no cambian ni toallas ni sábanas, el personal de recepción muy bueno, el desayuno muy bien y variable y quiero resaltar al trabajador Gabriel un chico excepcional!! Mas gente como él trabajando.
El servicio de limpieza muy mejorable, estuvimos 4 noches y no cambiaron las sábanas y las toallas eran las mismas las 4 noches, el rooftop abandonado y las vistas de las habitaciones son muy malas.

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício, eu ganhei um upgrade para o outro hotel da rede que fica ao lado, sem custos adicionais, mas conheci as instalações do OZ Luxury e já achei ótimas, mas o hotel para o qual fui era melhor ainda e ainda me deram almoço cortesia no restaurante deles que tambem era uma ótima opção para comer no próprio hotel. Funcionários super atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom, localização maravilhosa, um rooftop super gostoso, fiquei muito satisfeita.
