Vue assez différente de ce que laissent paraître les photos: Bâtiments en contre-bas qui limitent la vue + hôtel plus loin de l'eau qu'il n'y paraît (même si cela reste très beau).

L'hôtel est très agréable, les chambres sont joliment décorées et confortables. L'ambiance romantique et intimiste. Le personnel est très attentionné. Buffet de qualité avec possibilité de commander des options savoureuses. Les plats sint savoureux. Dernier soir live music avec ambiance reposante et romantique.
La piscine et le sunset fabuleux. Je recommande.

Schönes Hotel insgesamt - die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Traum und die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut.
Restaurant hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Was man auch ehrlich sagen muss: Die Booking.com Essens-Bilder entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität - weder das Frühstück noch das Abendessen sehen so aus. Beides leider so semi okey
The direct view is nice, but there is construction work left and right of the hotel. The daily shuttle bus to the beach (for free) was very useful.
The staff, especially in the restaurant, wasn’t really motivated. We experienced this a few times during our journey in the country, but it’s still surprising in an expensive hotel like this.
I really loved the cozy, intimate atmosphere of the hotel. The infinity pool with the sea in the background was definitely the most beautiful part, especially during sunset.
What I would especially like to mention is the staff. Unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone’s names, but the servers, receptionists, and managers were all very polite, kind, and helpful. They genuinely tried their best to accommodate any requests and make the stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel was also very clean, parking was easy and convenient, and the location was great — very close to restaurants, grocery stores, several beaches, and beach clubs.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay because I was traveling with my mother and needed a hotel with easier beach access. Vivid Blue provides a shuttle twice a day to Pura Vida Beach, which is only about a five-minute drive away, but the access to the beach still involves a fairly steep walk and was not convenient for her.
We ultimately moved to another hotel with much easier access to the water. I don’t necessarily consider this the hotel’s fault, but it is something to keep in mind if you are traveling with elderly parents or anyone with limited mobility.
Since we had to leave early, I contacted the hotel regarding the possibility of a partial refund. I understand that our reservation was non-refundable, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from the sales manager despite following up and waiting a couple of weeks. Even if a refund is not possible, I would have appreciated a reply from a hospitality standpoint.
The hotel is beautiful, the view is insane!
The pool was amazing.
The room was big, clean and nice.
The stuff welcomed us with a warm greeting and through all out stay they were nice.
BUT the food was absolutely terrible for our taste.
The pool area was very relaxing, always clean, and not too busy. There were always sun beds available and they were really comfortable.
The music by the pool was a bit annoying as the same songs kept being played. The fridge in the room could have been bigger. The breakfast was solid but not spectacular.
