As a group of 5 girls who stayed here there was everything we needed and if we had any questions Irene was more than happy to help!
15 min walk to the beach, relatively quiet, not close to the night clubs and bars. Every three days change of towels + cleaning. Enough storage for all your stuff. Irene and her family are very friendly, but will not bother you. She will help you with everything you need, any time. She even offered us to choose the room we like. All utensils you need.
Bathroom definitely needs some renovation, not comfortable at all. WiFi connection is quite poor.
Little hard to find - google location is not precise.

Great location, in between the new part of town with all the parties and the older part of town with nice old things. Irene kept us stocked on fresh new towels throughout our stay, there is a big supermarket a short walk from here, overall a great place to relax.
The shower did not come off the wall, which was a bit weird, took time to get used to.
The room was large. I felt very comfortable living in this room. Windows of room looked out onto a grove of olive trees, I fell in love with this place. Clean, white bedding. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. Very friendly hostess, thank You for your kindness and attention.
There was no lock to lock the room inside. Poor sound insulation
The owner lady is really very kind and adorable (I assume that I why there are very few negative feedbacks). We've got a view of the sea. There was no shortage of hot water, we've got a cleaning every other day.
The apartment complex is really old, and it shows in multiple places: the furnitures, the walls, the electrical system (there was only 1 outlet that was not used already by the fridge [although it had a T splitter], and it was not in the bedroom), all of the doors drag on the ground, the shower is just a hole in the ground, no door or curtain for the "cabin". The AC is 7 EUR extra/day, there is no parking (at all, for almost all of the entire city's apartments, though).
The apartments are perfectly hidden in the city and away from all the noise. The hosts are very pleasant, kind and warm people. There was a small breeze, so we did not need air-condition even though is was offered as an option.
The place is a little bit windy. This wind creates the waves on the beach that make it harder to swim. However, it depends on the period because the last few days were without wind. Another thing that could be a problem for the guests it is noisy tourists that want to party. However, the apartments are in a secluded street so we did not have too many problems with noise.

Great value for money
Very comfortable stay with not-so-far walking distances from the beach. Plenty of excellent restaurants and bars. Well-organized tour around the island as well as up on the mountains.
Well, I wish I had more money and time to stay longer.
The staff is very helpful, very nice. Changing towels and sheets regulary. The hostpitality is perfect. The aircon is work very good. The kitchen and bath are working good.
Lovely people, very kind and generous. My apartment was bigger than I expected, and I had two balconies. I was on the shady side,so it was nice and cool. When I was leaving, she insisted on giving me water and juice as well as a nice muffin for my trip. Definitely would stay again.
Maybe a little close to the party places, so a little noisy at night. My only complaint is that my room was not getting a new mattress yet, but they were replacing all the mattresses starting at the top, and I was on the second floor. Not even really a complaint.
