Room with a view.
Pros:

We booked a room with a city view and it was worth it - the view of the CBD, especially after sunset, is breathtaking. Comfortable, quiet and convenient. Although at first it seemed that the lack of a buffet breakfast would be a disadvantage, breakfast in a nearby cafe, which is included in the price, pleasantly surprised us with the atmosphere there.

Cons:

A deposit is required upon check-in. To me, this seems like a sign of distrust towards guests. Of course, it was a common practice in the past, but I haven't seen it anywhere in recent years.

Comfortable, elegant and clean. Right in the city. 24 hour reception.
Pros:

My room had everything I needed, even a shower cap. The bed was a king and comfy. I was the furtherest room from the elevator, but the fire exit was right next to my room, which I found convenient to use. The 24 hour reception was good because people were arriving off planes at all hours that weekend and it was good to know they could get to their rooms without hassle.

Cons:

There was only one English breakfast tea. The rest were green and earl grey. Thankfully I asked a person with a cart on my floor and they gave me a few extra. Was grateful.

Excellent location, very comfy, quiet rooms and staff could not have been more helpful.
Pros:

This was a great stay - excellent location within walking distance of harbour and shopping district.
Very comfortable and quiet - excellent shower and very comfy bed.
Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Only slight negative was parking - quite expensive as our time shedule did not fit in with any of the discounted rates.
