Perfect location.

Cons:

Check in time is at 3 which is later than other hotels but was further delayed due to some issue at the hotel. However the desk staff did their very best to resolve.

Pros:

Location is near by harbor in walking distance, just next to supermarket, Hotel itself does not have restaurant but works with cafe near by for breakfast options.

Cons:

Wall outlet are all in AU/NZ type. No universal power outlet is available. Hotel reception does not provide any convertor, either. No microwave is available in hotel. Some construction is proceeding in the building. There are some noises.

Pros:

Location was good for coming off the ship. Lots of places to eat nearby and supermarket next door. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

It was adequate, we have stayed there before & last time was better than this time

It had a nice cafe off the lobby

Cons:

We had a terrible smell coming up from the drain in the bathroom. We asked for a late checkout on our last day to hopefully enjoy a good sleep in but were woken up at 7.06 am by a hammer drill

Didn’t service the room each day, we were there for 4 nights and got serviced once. Feel they should have at least provided clean towels

Great Location.
Pros:

Great location, fabulously comfy bed beds! Easy access to restaurants, supermarket and the viaduct as well as very quiet at night for a great sleep. Great place to stay after a long haul flight. Check-in check out a breeze. Supermarket on the corner but reception also has a few snacks/drinks if needed. Great cafes in surrounding area for breakfast as well as bars and restaurants for dinner.
