Comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, everything was clean and exactly as described. The pool was nice and had a beautiful view of the Acropolis, and the location was convenient with Victoria metro station nearby and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Apartamento bastante nuevo

Cons:

La piscina estaba muy sucia, había pelos por todos lados y el agua turbia. La ducha tenía la alcachofa muy mal salía agua para todos lados. Para ser apartamentos apenas tenía menaje para poder cocinar.

No és un hotel que recomano
Pros:

Per sort per a nosaltres, només hi vam estar una nit. Com a coses positives, l'habitació és àmplia i els llits són còmodes (però no hi ha tauletes). A la cuina s'hi pot cuinar, però no hi ha estris.

Cons:

Una mala experiència des del primer moment. La gestió del check-in va ser nefasta, amb poca flexibilitat i capacitat de reacció per part del personal i poca empatia cap a nosaltres. Els passadissos estaven plens de bosses d'escombraries que clients de l'hotel havien deixat als passadissos al vespre i l'endemà quan vam marxar a les 11 h encara hi eren. La piscina era bruta. Se sentien cops de porta constantment. A la cuina hi falten estris per cuinar. Al lavabo la mampara no es podia ni tancar. Estaria bé que hi hagués una tauleta de nit i un lloc al lavabo per penjar o deixar les coses.

Garage sotterraneo dell'Hotel.

Discount fornito nelle vicinanze.

Balcone, aria condizionata.

Servizio cambio biancheria puntuale, ogni giorno.

Cons:

Cucina ampia con 4 induzioni, ma SCARSAMENTE dotata di utensili, non si sa se rotti in precedenza o sottratti da qualche cliente (utili istruzioni utilizzo cucina, tempo da impostare altrimenti non funziona).

Abbiamo richiesto il mancante, piatti fondi, ed uno scolapasta.

Pentole e padelle datate, molto usate.

Non particolarmente comodo andare e tornare dal centro, a parte bus 224, di frequenza variabile

Wi fi scarso, lunghe attese e continue disconnessioni

Un po lontano dalla prima stazione metro .. circa 1 km e mezzo. Qualche piccola accortezza in più nella pulizia.
Pros:

Albergo nuovo, stanze grandi con tutti i comfort.. ottima la piscina per qualche ora di relax.

Cons:

Il divano letto non era molto confortevole, si allargava nel mezzo. Sapone finito in doccia e non rimesso.

Great experience, great location
Cons:

Breakfast was by fair the poorest part of the whole experience. After 2-3 days, we regretted having paid for it. I would strongly recommend the hotel to remove this option (so that people are not driven to consider paying for it).
