Pros:

La piscina en la azotea es un rincón agradable. La habitación era súper espaciosa. Nos dejaron estar en el halo sin problema esperando poder hacer el check-in y las personas de recepción fueron muy amables.

Cons:

Encontramos un par de toallas manchadas al entrar, y el resto aún estaban mojadas de la lavandería, lo comentamos en recepción y nos las cambiaron sin problemas. Había algunas manchas en el sofá sospechosas, y algo de polvo en algunas partes. La conexión con transporte público no es la mejor del mundo según la zona donde tengas que ir

Die Dame am Empfang war sehr sehr nett

Cons:

Leider ein Reinfall, wir verließen nach Besichtigung des Zimmers das Hotel und suchten uns ein neues.
Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne haben kann. Die Bettwäsche war gelblich , Flecken auf der Matratze, das Bad war in den Ecken teilweise mit kaputten Fugen und schwarze Ränder um die Dusche usw. es wirkte trostlos und hat absolut nicht unser Erwartungen erfüllt, nie wieder.

Pour un 4 étoiles hotel pas du tout phonique, trop brillant, mal dormi ,dommage que la piscine n'est pas chauffée, pas pouvoir en profiter

Un séjour très agréable pour les amateurs de voyage et de repos
Pros:

Logement très agréable et calme, doté de lits confortables et d’une salle de bain pratique. Les terrasses ainsi que les piscines étaient également très agréables.
L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement une dizaine de mètres d’un arrêt de bus local (ou des shuttle bus) et à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville de Fira. Le logement est entouré de nombreux commerces (boulangerie, supermarché, crêperie, restaurant et location de véhicules).
