Nada, son unos ladrones que por hacer lo que hicieron todos los hoteles en medellín para esta fecha de Bad Bunny, me cancelaron teniendo una reserva hecha desde junio del 2024, me hicieron incurrir en más gastos pues no tuve donde hospedarme, son unos atrevidos, deshonestos, mentirosos pues decían que por " daños en tubería" les tocaba cancelar...MENTIRAS pues después estaban haciendo hospedajes en esa fecha, pero ya pasé la queja a dónde a las líneas que el alcalde dió para estás ratas.

es un hotel q esta en remodelacion y me enferme de sinusitis por q estaban en proceso de pintura, instalacion electrica deberian no alquilarlo en esas reparaciones ojala mejoren por q les dare otra oportunidad
