Pros:

Great location in Miraflores. Within walking distance of nice parks, restaurants, and the ocean. The area feels safe to walk around even after sunset.
The staff was nice, upon checkin we received some suggestions for things to see and restaurants.
Room is spacious.
At breakfast you get to pick dishes from a menu and there’s different fresh fruit juice every morning.

Cons:

The universal sockets were too loose to hold our EU-type chargers. Luckily there’s a wireless charge pad and usb-a ports in the room.
On the morning of our checkout a whole bunch of ants showed up in our bed

the location was a bit out of the way, but the place was quite nice.

Pros:

Fijne accommodatie in de relatief rustige en veilige wijk Miraflores. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ons kamertje was klein, maar prima voor een paar nachten. De binnentuin waar kan worden ontbeten is prachtig en het ontbijt zelf is erg lekker en uitgebreid.

Comfortable and feels at welcoming, will come back again when I’m in Lima

Abbiamo soggiornato qui una seconda volta e sono stati molto gentili nel tenerci i bagagli grandi mentre eravamo a puerto Maldonado. La colazione é super e anche la posizione.

Cons:

Purtroppo siamo stati meno fortunati da un punto di vista della camera assegnata questa volta…. Siamo finiti in quella a “piano terra” che affacciava direttamente al cortile dove si faceva colazione… Non c’era acqua calda in camera (problema risolto nel giro di 3 ore con intervento tecnico) e l’odore della stanza era terribile…

Mi dispiace molto perché la volta prima ci era andata bene.

Decent stay for a short time, some issues would make us not choose it again

The garden is very nice and staff very friendly.

Cons:

The property is nice, but the room that was given to us is on the ground floor and needs some renovating. Also it is pretty humid so the shower had mould, which wasn't really cleaned ever after mentioning it.
Also there was no water in the district so we couldn't even shower properly after a whole say of trekking and then long travel and after a while even flush the toilet. I know the hotel can't do anything about such things, but a heads up would have been nice instead of finding out by going to the reception around midnight.
