Unfortunately, the customer service was not the best. They should swap the front desk with security in my opinion. You are not greeted by any staff at any time, unless you go into their admin office and that's only to acknowledge and ask what they can help with.

The AC units on both windows in the bedroom and living room were not the best at keeping the rooms cool. It was very uncomfortable coming into the room from a long hot day. A shower of course helped with that.

I understand that housekeeping is not something included anymore without a request and must be approved (thank you pandemic) however, I have NEVER in all the hotels I have stayed at (cheap and not) had customer service tell me that they would not supply the room with a fresh set of towels. This was definitely not disclosed in the Booking advertising so it was very disappointing when I received that news. I was told that they only provide towels if your stay is longer than 9 days. The gentleman on the phone said, "yeah usually people just wash them themselves," With 4 adults, poor air ventilation, hot days and multiple showers, you can see why this news was disheartening. This resort is definitely not the cheapest yet I understand it's not a luxury resort either but even the lowest hotel in the lowest areas provide towels at request! A new set is available for a $20 fee. However, since I called at 6:30pm I was not able to request the towels since they did not have housekeeping on the clock. I then asked if I could go pick them up and was told that the room of towels was locked up so I could not request it until the following day when housekeeping was available.

Right after that call, my daughter steps on a nail next to the transition strip from the kitchen to the carpet in the living room. It did scratch the surface of her heel but luckily there was no tetanus shot needed. When I called to report the incident I reached a voicemail due to the front office closing at 7pm.

Healthy population of German cockroaches living in all parts of the unit including bedroom, kitchen, living room. Bathroom fan didn't work so smells persisted. Night time security guard was not friendly.

Previously, shampoo and conditioner were included and I was disappointed when it was not there and I have to buy them.

サウナありだったのでこちらのホテルに決めましたが、故障していてスタッフの方に聞いても直す予定はなく一度も使えませんでした。
記載して欲しかったです。リクエストしたユニットバスも希望が叶わず シャワーのみでした。

汚さという訳ではありませんが、ゴキブリが1日に数回は見つけました。キッチン周り特に多かったです。

車は、6階に停めるが、出し入れに少し不便。

ダブルベットじゃない方が良かった

エキストラタオルが借りられなかった。
分かってはいたが、もう少し海が見えたら最高でした。

Wish they didn’t have to change our mattress in the middle of our stay.

There were no coffee filters, there were cockroaches, there was no shampoo or conditioner, and the sofa mattress was very bad.

The aircon in the bedroom is somewhat noisy. But we were able to learn to ignore and have a sound sleep. The construction of the nearby building is noisy by day, but since we are outside most of the time, it's not a problem.

The garage was inconvenient to get into but appreciated it being available.

Property was nice but we had roaches in our unit. Reported the issue and they indicated that was common.
