住了4天3夜，食衣住行育樂，通通走路10分鐘內完成，光是飯店周圍的景點就讓我玩了4天！！！

可以的話，希望早餐菜色可以變化一下，同樣菜色吃了3天，實在是有點美中不足......

今天帶小朋友來參加親子活動體驗非常好！活動內容小朋友玩得很開心。特別想稱讚現場的服務人員，態度非常親切且很有耐心，是一個讓人想再次造訪的好活動，感謝服務人員還幫我們照相，讓我們度過了一段美好的親子時光！

Cons:

週日有提前預約 3 位用餐，但現場的座位安排與動線引導過程，實在讓人感到相當遺憾與困擾。
抵達餐廳後，工作人員先是帶領我們一路走至餐廳最內側，最後卻僅提供「兩人桌外加一張椅子」的座位。當下反映後，人員才又重新將我們帶回靠近門口的大桌安排入座。
既然顧客已提前完成預約，餐廳理應預先做好客席分配與流向管理。如此來回走動與不適切的座位安排，不僅浪費了顧客的時間，也大幅影響了用餐體驗。
寫下這篇建議，是希望貴店能重視預約席位的調配機制與現場人員的帶位培訓，避免日後其他顧客再遇到類似的狀況。謝謝。

所有的員工服務態度都很好，而且感覺自然真誠，是我這半年住過的各家星級酒店裡最好的。

Cons:

我的房間窗外就是工地，而且高度很接近，卻沒有窗紗可以在維持室內有自然光的狀況下稍作遮蔽。
