Pros:

只要回國的飛機很晚來不及搭高鐵回高雄，我們就會住一晚和逸，隔天吃完早餐後去逛華泰逛逛再搭高鐵回家。有接駁車可以接送往返高鐵站，但半小時才一班而且晚上就沒有了。早餐很豐盛，而且有很多機器人在幫忙收盤子，比以前有效率很多。房間很大，但是浴室的玻璃門洗澡都會水漏出去。

Cons:

房間沒有給備品，且連水都沒有給，要自己帶水壺去飲水機裝水。我們吃早餐的時候有稍微排隊，吃完出來大概快十點外面還在大排長龍。

這次住宿房間空調不涼，孩子都睡到在流汗，整晚的睡眠極差，房間衛生稍微不乾淨，跟之前住的感覺差太多了。爾後可能很難再入住了

Hands down, the best place I've stayed in Taipei.
Pros:

The staff there could teach a masterclass on hospitality. They treated us like royalty even though we are just average folks who splurged to stay at a nice place. I dropped my phone in the cab and one of the doormen chased the taxi down to the stoplight and got it back for me. Again, awesome staff.

不管是房間還是早餐用餐的餐廳都很有設計感

Cons:

有關早餐的流量管制需要加強，若是無法在時間內容納客人，應安排至別的時段，而不是額滿了還同意該時段，然後讓房客大排長龍的在外面等待。
