Alles war perfekt!

Das Hotel war wunderbar und preiswert (Oktober). Das einzige Manko waren die Geräusche von der Gondelstation, wenn morgens um 7 Uhr die Mitarbeiter sich für ihre Tageseinsätze trafen.
Friendly staff, great location right next to the ski lift and gear rental shops. Close to restaurants and large room with great amenities.

The hotel and rooms were very clean although dated. We had an initial issue with strong cigarette smell (from the balcony of an adjacent room) that prevented us from keeping our windows open. The manager allowed us to change rooms which luckily improved the situation. The breakfast was adequate but it was strange to us that we were given an assigned table each day even though there were not very many guests. Overall I would say that this resort would be best for a winter visit as it is immediately adjacent to a ski lift. However I would not choose this location again for a summer visit. The views were mostly a parking lot and not very scenic. In my opinion there are many more hotels in the Tyrol area that would provide a more relaxing and pleasing experience in summer.
Tolles großes komfortables Zimmer, schöner Balkon, alles vorhanden, schöne Naßzelle, total ruhig, Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, schnell mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.
Nichts zu bemängeln, gerne wieder.

Shame there was no option for dinner as there isn't an awful lot in the area.

Zu dem Zeitpunkt unserer Reise waren nur wenige Gäste im Hotel, trotzdem war der Service sehr gut. Die Hotelzimmer waren überdurchschnittlich sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum vierten Mal im Kerschdorfer. Jedesmal fällt uns nichts ein was man noch besser machen könnte: Sehr geschmackvolle Zimmer, ein Frühstück mit unglaublich viel Auswahl, einen sehr schönen Wellnessbereich und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir sind wirklich begeistert!

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel. Schöne Zimmer und sehr sauber. Liebevolles Personal. Wir waren im Sommer (Mitte August) im Hotel. Es waren ein paar Gäste, trotzdem gutes Frühstück guter Service.
Das einzige was man ein bisschen nervig finden kann ist die Gondelstation vor dem Hotel. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür.
