Toller Aufenthalt in komfortabler Unterkunft
Pros:

Tolles, gemütliches Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, während draußen 40 Grad waren. Hatte alles, was man braucht. Fünf Minuten zum Raimundtheater.

Cons:

Zum Händewaschen muss man von der Toilette durch das Zimmer ins zweite Bad. Das Laken ist immer wieder sehr verrutscht.

Pros:

Очень свежий, чистый, экологичный отель, полностью укомплектованный. Удобные кровати, оконные стеклопакеты полностью блокировали шум с улицы. Великолепные завтраки. Легкий понятный доступ при регистрации. На первом этаже чудесный тайский ресторан. Ходили в центр Вены пешком по очень красивой променадной улице с кафешками и многочисленными магазинами.

- gestellte Ohrstöpsel (Zimmer an befahrener Straße) wurden nicht benötigt
- einfach zu bedienende Klimaanlage
- Zimmercode statt -schlüssel oder -karte
- Ausstattung: Geschirr, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeekapseln, Teebeutel, 3 Mülleimer, effektiver Stauraum für Kleidung mit Kleiderbügeln, kleiner Schreibtisch, bequemer Stuhl
- angenehmer, frischer Geruch in abgetrenntem WC-Bereich
- Umweltschutz/Privatsphäre: keine Zimmersäuberung, Auswechseln von Handtüchern (bei 3 Übernachtungen)

Value for money, convenient location, semi-clean, but the digital check-in via Website and App DOES NOT WORK.
Pros:

It’s conveniently located close to the train station and there’s a good coffee in the room. Shower’s not as small and complicated as most of the hotels. Toilet is separated from the shower, that’s actually a plus.

The room itself is clean, however, I did found a strand of blonde hair in my towel - and I am a brunette. So, it’s semi-clean?

Cons:

It was a nightmare to check in. It is contactless, so you will have to do it via the website/ App which keeps on showing error.
I had to call customer service at least 5 times so they can assist with the check-in.

The complimentary gym access is nice, but then again, trying to sign up for this access is another struggle. The link provided? Doesn’t work. Error after error. The app? Also doesn’t work.

In my experience, the website and the App are absolutely useless.

Locatie dichtbij het treinstation en op loopafstand van het centrum
