Hotelbewertung – Absolut enttäuschend und inakzeptabel:

Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einem katastrophalen Zustand und hat mit einem 4-Sterne-Standard absolut nichts zu tun! Die Zimmer sind hoffnungslos veraltet, die Bäder und Zimmer werden nur oberflächlich gereinigt – Kalkablagerungen überall, verdreckte, matte Spiegel und schmutzige Ecken, die man besser nicht sehen will. Hygiene muss jedoch oberste Priorität haben, doch hier scheint das völlig egal zu sein.

Das Personal ist schlichtweg eine Zumutung. Ein derart lethargisches, unmotiviertes und unfreundliches Team habe ich selten erlebt. Gästen wird keinerlei Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, Fragen oder Wünsche bleiben ignoriert oder werden frech abgewiesen. Beim Frühstück war die Katastrophe komplett: Die Qualität der Speisen lässt schwer zu wünschen übrig, die angebotenen Säfte sind ungenießbar. Unglaublich peinlich wurde es, als der Hoteldirektor noch vor unseren Augen einen Saft nach dem Verkosten einfach in die was für ein Bild für ein angebliches 4-Sterne-Hotel!

Als meine Tochter Mineralwasser zum Frühstück bestellen wollte, wurde das nicht nur schlichtweg abgelehnt, sondern sie wurde auch noch unverschämt darauf hingewiesen, sie solle sich das Wasser gefälligst selbst an der Poolbar holen. Unfassbar und respektlos!

Am Strand und an der Poolbar sieht es nicht besser aus – dort arbeiten ebenfalls völlig desinteressierte und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die es nicht einmal für nötig halten, zu fragen, ob Gäste etwas trinken

Hotel review – Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable: This hotel is in a catastrophic state and has absolutely nothing to do with a 4-star standard! The rooms are hopelessly outdated, bathrooms and rooms are only superficially cleaned – limescale deposits everywhere, dirty, dull mirrors, and dirty corners you'd rather not see. Hygiene should be a top priority, but it seems completely irrelevant here. The staff is simply a disgrace. I have rarely encountered such a sluggish, unmotivated, and unfriendly team. Guests receive no attention at all, questions or requests are ignored or rudely dismissed. Breakfast was a complete disaster: the quality of the food leaves much to be desired, and the juices offered are inedible. It was incredibly embarrassing when the hotel manager simply poured a juice into our glasses after we'd tried it – what a scene for a supposed 4-star hotel! When my daughter wanted to order mineral water for breakfast, she was not only simply refused, but was also rudely told to get it herself from the pool bar. Unbelievable and disrespectful! The situation is no better at the beach and the pool bar – the staff there are completely disinterested and unfriendly, and don't even consider it necessary to ask if guests would like a drink! If you get something yourself, a small beer costs a whopping €5! The reception staff were consistently friendly! The management is clearly incompetent!

Das Familienzimmer ist super auf 2 Etagen und mit 2 Bädern. Strand ist OK, etwas komfortablere Liegen wären schön. Neben dem Hotel sind zwei nette Restaurants.

Haftasonu çok müzik ve konuşma sesi geliyor, bir de odaların ses geçirgenliği fazla. Onun dışında taö cocukla ve ailecek gidilecek bir otel.

İki gece konakladık ve iki gece boyunca odada en az 60-70 sivrisinek öldürmüşümdür. Yine de odadaki sinekleri bitiremedim. Onun dışında sessiz, otoparkı olan bir hoteldi. Plajında sipariş verdiğim hamburger çok lezzetliydi.

Lokasyon iyi, yardımsever ve güleryüzlü çalışanlar. Kahvaltı çeşit bol ama ürün kalitesi ortalama. Geç saatlerde sıcak su akmayabiliyor. Odada su ikramı yok. Çıkıştaki kahve ikramı için teşekkürler :) genel olarak memnun kaldık

I like almost everything about this property but the way you can se from the balcony the sunrise and sunset was amazing!

Harika lokasyon , mükemmel personel. Personelin sürekli güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Otelin denize sıfır olması aşırı hoş. Bu otele rezervasyonunuzu düşünmeden yapmanızı öneririm. Aşırı memnun kaldık.

Deniz muhtesem kahvaltı cok temizdi genel olarak otelin hizmeti iyiydi sakin huzurlu bir tatil icin tercih edebilirsiniz oda guzel ve teras olmasi iyiydi sadece odalarin gunluk temizliginin olmamasi ve havlu vs gunluk olarak değişmemesi dezavantaj. Sahilde bulunan su sporları tatile keyif kattı otel bölgesinde 800 metre yakinda bulunan carsi ve restoranlar ayrica keyifliydi. Teşekkürler Atrium 💐

The very friendly staff I’ve ever met !!!
Special thanks to Teo & Fotini at the reception.
We had to a day more due the weather conditions and their reaction was quicker than my thoughts. Without causing any discomfort to me and my partner they just extended my stay with one more day at a better price I booked it online.
During our stay I’ve never ever seen anyone of the without a smile on their faces. Even the weather, even the long shifts they have and even a freakish customers.
Also I have to mention the manager of the hotel
Mrs. Peny Klofa who were talking to me from the very first moment as we’re friends and it’s not the first time we’ve met. I liked that a lot.
Thanks to all of you guys!!!

Φιλικο προς οικογένειες, με παιδικη χαρα, τη θαλασσα διπλα και παιδικη πισινα.
Το δωμάτιο καθαρο αλλα οι παροχες του ξενοδοχειου θελουν βελτιωση.
Πρωινο και Δειπνο μετρια σε γευση.
Το προσωπικό φιλικο αλλα θελει εκπαίδευση, δυστυχώς τα παιδιά εκαναν οτι μπορουσαν να βοηθησουν αλλα ηταν εμφανες οτι καποιος δεν τους ειχε δείξει πολλα πραγματα.

excellent location. excellent staff, services, awesome breakfast. Thassos is full of nice places/beaches. you need a car to explore. If you do NOT have a car this is not a place to stay and this has nothing to do with the exceptional Atrium hotel. simply the beach in front of the hotel is not as good as the pic depicts.

Hôtel superbe !! Accueil très agréable, propreté et mesure d’hygiène irréprochables, l’extérieur bar piscine fantastique.
