Pros:

Ubytování pěkné, čisté, snídaně i večeře, super - výběr i chuť. Personál ochotný. Neměli jsme žádný problém.

Cons:

Bazén v hotelu super - jen trochu rozbitá sprcha a málo místa na převlečení. Asi by bylo fajn mít s sebou župan na přechod z pokoje do bazénu , ale to jsme nevěděli, takže improvizace s ručníkem :)

Person at the reception was nice.

Cons:

We booked 4 nights with breakfast and dinner included. When we arrived there the first night, we found out that we have to buy drinks for dinner and they were more expensive than in the actual slopes bars. We asked if at least water is provided during dinner, and they said no we have to buy everything. I found this very unprofessional, especially without specifying this when we did our booking. A bit sad....

Ganz ok, das Essen war nicht so gut.
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt im Ort und Skibus vor dem Haus.
Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet, der Pool war beim 1. Mal sehr sehr kalt. Im Badezimmer lag ein merkwürdiger Geruch im Raum, welcher nach 2. Tagen verschwand.
Leider zu wenig Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Essensauswahl war leider nicht nach unserem Geschmack, zudem war das Buffett leider nur lauwarm. Es wäre toll wenn es in der Saltbar auch frischen Salat gibt (gab es einmal und dann nie wieder)

Poor - I can´t recommended further...
Pros:

The bathroom had a good size and the shower was with strong water pressure.
Breakfast was ok but unfortunately not every morning we were there.
Parking was also ok. We found a parking place every afternoon after skiing.

Cons:

The dinner could have been far better. The salad Bar was not with fresh stuff - only the green leaves were fresh but that also not every evening. The rest of the Salad Bar was from can or jar - all marinated.
The evening meal was poor - not many options and the options which were there, were poor quality - unfortunately weren´t impressed with the evening meal at all. For Dessert was only one option - poor.
Breakfast was also poor on some of the mornings.
For 3 Star Hotel we would have expected Shampoo and Shower Gel. None of that available in the room...we had to buy from the near by shop.
Some of the Personnel could be friendlier. Specially the tall lady with the big blond hair.
The 2 young new people which they were cleaning the tables were very friendly.

Gyönyörű hely a hegyek között
Pros:

Gyönyörű a kilátás a szobából,a szoba tágas,kényelmes. Az étteremben minden szobának saját számozott asztala van,ami nagyon praktikus,nem kell versenyezni a helyért. A hotelhez nagyon közel van minden a városban, sétálni nagyon kellemes az alpesi házak között.

Cons:

Apróságok,pl nincs szemetes külön a fürdőszobában, minden nap akkor akarnak takaritani,mikor ott vagyunk,akár délelőtt,akár délután. Este mikor fürdenénk,akkor már leveszik a fűtést.
