Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen.
Leider mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt aus familiären Gründen vorzeitig abbrechen und konnten deshalb nur eine Nacht bleiben. Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass unser Aufenthalt so kurz war, denn wir hätten sehr gerne noch länger dort verbracht.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an die nette Dame an der Rezeption.
Auch mit dem Essen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren sehr lecker und haben uns bestens gefallen.
Besonders gefreut hat uns außerdem, dass wir das Hotel zu einem wirklich sehr guten Preis buchen konnten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für uns einfach top.
Wir haben uns trotz unseres kurzen Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles und eine klare Empfehlung von Herzen!

Pros:

We decided stay here because had half board. We were more surprised because hotel was beautiful. Hotel including half board, pool and spa. Owner is Hungar. This is perfect because had Hungury cousine. Dish was vary tasty and flavour was unigue. I return in the winter. 500m is ski centrum. Room was spacy, modeen with balcony. Staff fluently speak anglish language. This hotel I only recommended.

Ubytování pěkné, čisté, snídaně i večeře, super - výběr i chuť. Personál ochotný. Neměli jsme žádný problém.

Cons:

Bazén v hotelu super - jen trochu rozbitá sprcha a málo místa na převlečení. Asi by bylo fajn mít s sebou župan na přechod z pokoje do bazénu , ale to jsme nevěděli, takže improvizace s ručníkem :)

Person at the reception was nice.

Cons:

We booked 4 nights with breakfast and dinner included. When we arrived there the first night, we found out that we have to buy drinks for dinner and they were more expensive than in the actual slopes bars. We asked if at least water is provided during dinner, and they said no we have to buy everything. I found this very unprofessional, especially without specifying this when we did our booking. A bit sad....

Ganz ok, das Essen war nicht so gut.
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt im Ort und Skibus vor dem Haus.
Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet, der Pool war beim 1. Mal sehr sehr kalt. Im Badezimmer lag ein merkwürdiger Geruch im Raum, welcher nach 2. Tagen verschwand.
Leider zu wenig Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Essensauswahl war leider nicht nach unserem Geschmack, zudem war das Buffett leider nur lauwarm. Es wäre toll wenn es in der Saltbar auch frischen Salat gibt (gab es einmal und dann nie wieder)
