A bad end to a bad day!
Pros:

Nothing really! We got in late due to bad weather in Atlanta. Waited for an hour for the shuttle to pick us up and finally called Uber and paid $25 for a ride to the hotel. Check in was a nightmare. One person working and a lobby full of people trying to get in. Finally saw a area where it looked like it was self check in but no signage whatsoever! Was able to get checked in and went to our room. Went to the hotel restaruant/bar and they were closing in 10 minutes so we had to quickly get a couple of drinks and an appetizer. Leaving the next morning was another nightmare as once again the lobby was full and no coffee to be found. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Average Stay...will not book again if it can be avoided.
Pros:

Close to the airport, especially after traveling for almost 24 hours with 2 young kids and just needing sleep. The shuttle drivers were really very nice and it was great to be able to track the shuttle in real time.

Cons:

The shuttle only ran once per hour on the hour so it took quite a while before we got it. The room setup was weird...as soon as you walked in, there was the sink with the toilet and shower on either side. The AC was so loud it woke me up every time it came on. Also, some more thorough cleaning is needed. We found hair on the floor in the toilet room, the little bit of carpet between the beds was dirty and the pillows had marks on them.

Pros:

Actually stayed nights before a flight, then again after return flight on Sunday. The Pilot restaurant was wonderful, room was fine.

Cons:

The shuttle rides were the horrendous parts. We were dropped off at parking garage, not departures. On the return the shuttle NEVER arrived. Unable to reach the hotel directly, after an hour and half of waiting we took cab to hotel to find shuttle sitting and driver watching tv with security guard. Very frustrating and disappointing. Do not count on their shuttle for transportation.

Apenas deixar ciente que o estacionamento é cobrado, $16. É algo comum em Miami, porém achava que por estar hospedado seria gratuito.
