Solo utilice unas horas y estuvo todo muy bien
Pretty good staying; for a short layover it’s awesome but a few tips… Parking Lot is not free, $15+taxes up to 24hrs… although inside the room there’s a QR Code to scan and access the in-dining room Menu and order it, I was charged bit the order didn’twork. And bo, there’s no room service delivery although the QR Code sign says fast and easy order for pick-up and delivery. There’s NO delivery at all… in the end I went to the restaurant, place the order, paid again, return to my room and eventually after 45 mins +\- I received their call to collect it back there.
On the other hand, the highlights are its cleaning, location and nice showers.
No Free parking for Guests and no Room service, only collect at the restaurant…
Front desk worker was on it and just had great stoke , you kid from Boston great energy a kind soul.
The on sight restaurant. Food was great, friendly bar tender.
All dispensers in the shower were empty.
It was all good besides one staff.
I got there at 2:45 pm on 10-17. She was really rude and she looked at both of us like we weren’t supposed to be there. All the other staff were amazing besides her. I dealt with her 3 times and each time she just had a disgusted look towards us. The hotel would be wayyyyy better off without her!!

Deposit we paid this for two rooms to be returned 3-5 business days - still had nothing back 8 days later and their accounting department have only given a vague statement about releasing the funds and contacting banks. Be very wary

La recepcionista tuvo una mala actitud a la hora de hacer el checking , llegamos 40 minutos antes de las 4pm y nos dijeron que no se podía sino hasta las 4pm. Estaban todos en la recepción de muy mal humor.
El señor que presta el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto fue muy amable.

La atención en el check in y en el check out. Demasiado demorada (casi 1 hora), sin seriedad. Tampoco me gustó la suciedad de el tapete del piso 3. No me gusta que se hospeda gente con apariencia rara. Los alrededores no me gustaron
Front desk staff was useless. I was standing for 20+ minute and the staff didn't even bother making an eye contact. He was just standing there looking at his laptop pretending helping another customer. But he was not doing anything. He didn't even bother telling me I will come to you shortly. It was past midnight and I was exhausted. After 20 minutes when I was irritated and asked him could you please help me. He carelessly showed me the self check-in option and didn't even bother me to help. Terrible service! I will never come back here.
