The noise from the Airport could be heard in the Rooms and sleeping was impossible without earplugs. We were on the seventh floor.

Location, cleanliness and maintenance showed up quickly to resolve an issue with the fridge.

Rude at front desk. Restaurant was horrible! Couldn't even get drinks after an hour. Had to leave with several others that couldn't get waited on either. Elevator was not working

Our flight was canceled, so we booked this hotel to rest for a few hours before our next flight. However, when we arrived, the supervisor ( Tracy or Stacy ) informed us that no rooms were available unless we paid an additional $75 for early check-in. It was very disappointing to be told that a room could “miraculously” become available only if we paid extra. We only needed the room for a few hours, but they refused to accommodate us without the additional charge.
This property does not seem focused on taking care of guests and appears more interested in collecting extra fees. The only kind and helpful person we encountered was the airport shuttle driver.
Additionally, the bathroom areas were dirty, which added to the unpleasant experience. The hotel has only two elevators for a nine-story building, and one was out of order during our stay. Be prepared to wait 10–15 minutes just to get to your room.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I really hope the general manager of their hotel read this and recognize her for being such a hostile, unfriendly and rude staff towards guest.

The housekeeper staff was great.
We notified the front desk that we need a pick up. We waited 3 hours before calling an Uber. They kept saying someone o. the way or the shuttle driver was just there and to wait 30 minutes. Just be honest and we would have made other arrangements.
