Le personnel d’accueil n’est vraiment pas agréable, ils vous regardent à peine. Le ménage laisse à désirer avec miettes retrouver dans les draps. La clim ne peut pas être coupée à moins d’en faire la demande au service concerné avant d’entrer en chambre (si par chance vous tombez dans le créneau où la personne est la) et enfin le double vitrage est tellement fin qu’on entend absolument tout.

GOOD HOTEL, FREE SHUTTLE, CLOSE RESTAURANTS
Pros:

Nice hotel close to the airport, with free airport shuttle. The hotel has a restaurant, McDonald's and Old Tom restaurant is next door, and Subway and IHOP restaurant is 3 minutes walk. Hotel is very well kept and everything looks new.

De ligging, prima hotel voor overnachting wanneer je per vliegtuig aankomt/ vertrekt

Wij kwamen om 22.30 uur aan in het hotel na onze vlucht. Restaurant en bar waren beide al gesloten dus er was geen drankje of snack meer te krijgen

Chambre pour handicapés alors que nous ne le sommes pas donc pas adaptée
CAUTION NON RENDUE, j’y suis retournée 2 semaines après pour avoir une solution mais ils se sont dédommagés en me disant que c’était ma banque 🤡 alors que dans la plupart des commentaires bcp de personnes ont eu ce soucis aussi, toujours pas récupérée 1 mois après le séjour.
Ascenseur non fonctionnel et ce depuis quelques semaines et si vous lisez les commentaires ça dure depuis plus longtemps encore
Tous le monde doit descendre ses bagages dans les escaliers sur 8 étages je ne trouve pas ça normal.
