Pros:

This is a ok Hotel nothing fancy, for what we paid it was good. They were accommodating to move us to a higher floor because the noise in the street is bad. Breakfast was good you have to go to the other hotel. Not far

Cons:

The location is super good if you are in a party mood. If you are not in that mood don’t stay there. Very noisy. But is close to all the bars and Restaurants.

El punto donde se encuentra el hotel y el check-out a la 1 pm

Cons:

El agua caliente es limitada, la hidrobañera es muy pequeña, el servicio de tv es pésimo, el servicio de desayuno lo prestan en otro hotel y no es bueno. Te cobran IVA. En la habitación no hay trapera para secar el piso cuando sales de la bañera. No hay cobijas.

Não havia Netflix no meu quarto, não deixam levar mais de um acompanhante ao quarto que reservei mesmo tendo feito a reserva para dois, o acompanhante tem de ser sempre a mesma pessoa, isto não existe em nenhum país do mundo só mesmo na Colômbia uma forma de extorquir dinheiro aos turistas porque sabem que existe muita prostituição na cidade mas não foi o meu caso. Apenas tenho amizades já de longa data e não posso levar pessoas diferentes ao meu quarto se não pagar um extra. Absurdo

Cuando llegué al hotel el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la nevera no funcionaba el wi fi se perdía en esa habitación
Me quisieron cambiar a otras 2 habitaciones que estaban en las mismas condiciones, finalmente me movieron a otra donde si funcionaba el aire acondicionado pero ahí el televisor tampoco funcionaba
Encima de todo eso aquí en Booking me salía $217.00 incluyendo impuestos y cargos pero al llegar me cobraron $224.00
Pedí hablar con alguien encargado pero nunca esa persona apareció

Pros:

La ubicación esta súper, se llega fácil caminando a El Poblado. La habitación es linda, amplia y cómoda. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje después de hacer check out. Se puede entrar y salir en el horario deseado

Cons:

Casi nunca hubo agua caliente. El desayuno es muy básico, sería bueno que implementaran más opciones de alimentos
