Fridge not working so we lost our food we brought to cook. The management company never came to fix the fridge and we were not told of the clearance for the parking garage. We had to park offsite at another parking lot on our bank account.
the convenience to Broadway
loved everything
The location of this property was absolutely great!!! Close proximity to to everything on Broadway!
Our check in time was pushed out due to the property not being ready.

The location was AMAZING! The rooms were spacious and set up well. Considering our proximity to Broadway, it was also relatively quiet. We were within walking distance of everything except the Opry and that was a quick and easy Uber ride to and from.
We weren't given the access codes to the main door or our Loft like we were told we would be. We had to call to obtain our codes upon check-in. We didn't receive the access codes until 1am the following day via email.
One of the beds in the upstairs had candy sprinkles under the linens so it had obviously not been checked by the cleaning company. There was also food scraps left under the stove top burners that were quite large that were obviously missed.
we wanted location, and this was perfect for that... the rooms were all good, but we do not go to Nashville to stay in the rooms all day

The location was great.
Both bathrooms were upstairs. No doors on bedrooms. One of the bedrooms was directly over the bar below and even tho the music was to go off at a certain time. They would play music loudly until 8am. Not the best for sleeping and we did have ear plugs. The place also smelled like mold. There were air fresheners placed everywhere throughout the apartment to mask the smell. Cute and great location. But wouldn’t rent again.

Great location. Easy check-in & check out. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities. Comfortable & spacious living room area.
We were in Unit #8 which is at the back & extremely noisy- bin lorries congregated very early each morning outside bedroom windows. Street noise from nearby bars until about 3am each night. Rooms were bright - curtains not dark. Make sure to bring earplugs & eye masks. One bathroom not sufficient for group of 5 women- might be better for group of men. More mirrors needed in bedrooms with sockets nearby. Better bathroom storage required.
This unit is all about location, location, location! Best place to be visiting Broadway, close to everything. Unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. We didn't use items in the kitchen but it was well stocked. Decor was minimal but nice. Loved the big windows overlooking the street. Music was loud but it was no problem for us and ended early enough. When we come back to Nashville we will stay here again!
Shower needs some maintenance, faucet back plates were loose and the cold water handle was broke, you had to catch it at just the right spot to make it work. We had 6 people and one bathroom was a bit of a struggle but we made it work.
