I like the locations that is near to shopping mall and foods
Room got no fridge to put cold drink, no kettle to boil water, no safe box to keep important stuffs.
Unexpected early check in.
Booked for Superior Double room.
Paid Rp 567000.
But got a very cramp room.
I thought it's the only available room and it's weekend.
So I don't mind.
But God help me.
Alhamdulillah.
The aircon not working before I went to sleep at about 10pm.
At first the staff wanted to give me a fan.
Ridiculous right?
I told the staff that I had paid the highest room price and show the invoice.
The staff looked confused.
He came back at midnight and gave me another available room which are more bigger with working air-conditioning.
But still cramp.
Not suitable for Muslim.
No space for solah.
You had to sit on the bedside for praying.
Now you get what I mean of why the room is cramped.
No toiletries provided.
Only toothbrush and toothpaste.
I had to go down to Indo Maret to buy body wash.
The toilet looked old and dirty.
Will not come back.

Air Con not cold
Its just opposite the grand batam mall. Walk upwards there is the famous Selero Bersama nasi padang food. 24 hrs minimart also right below the hotel
The staff abit not welcoming. Also the parking lot was so troublesome.

This hotel is valuable but no morning breakfast

Not quite like this hotel stay. Towel is too dirty, no soap, no chair, room too small, no writing pad & pen, etc...

The location! You can find anything in there from food, big shopping mall, wet market, many restaurants, bakery, salon and spa, taxi stand, durian store and many more for just walking distance!
You get what you pay. Don’t expect to much from the room. If you stay here just want to sleep at night so it’s find. Better book the Deluxe room is in 18” for the room size.
Simple room at a reasonable price!
