Pros:

Emplacement, appartement grand , propre, lumineux.

Cons:

Plaques de cuisson pas efficaces.
Pas de sac poubelle en supplément.
Pas assez de papier toilette.
Ce serait bien d'avoir de l'huile, produit vaisselle ( il n'en restait qu'un fond).
Serviettes trop petites.

Pros:

la posizoone, la pulizia , il riscaldamento. ottima la vicinanza alla metro e tram. col tram 17 sei in centro in 3 minuti.

Cons:

mancanza di macchina x caffe, qualche cialda x caffe ( le ho sempre trovate su ogni appartamento). consiglio il gestore di metterne anche una nell'atrio comune ai 4 apoartamenti.

Cons:

Маленькая комната. Выхода на балкон в комнате нет, как было заявлено. Чайник с накипью(недопустимо) Обычная лимонная кислота и чайник как новый!!

Atrašanās vieta ir lieliska, un skats no balkona

Cons:

Dzīvoklis ir briesmīgā stāvoklī: krītošas ​​flīzes, lobāmi plaukti, saplēsti aizkari, dušas durvis, kas neaizveras, un deformētas virtuves durvis. Arī tīrība ir slikta: mati uz grīdas, skudras guļamistabā, un trauku lupatiņas un tualetes birste ir biedējoši pieskarties. Dušā nav plauktu, tāpēc viss jānovieto uz grīdas. Gultas ir tik neērtas, ka pēc pirmās nakts sāpēja mugura. Sejas dvieļi ir super mazi!

Tutto bene, adattandosi un po'
Pros:

Posizione comodissima, servita ottimamente dai mezzi pubblici.
Struttura molto bella e silenziosa. Camera e bagno davvero molto grandi!

Cons:

Non è previsto il servizio di pulizia in camera e di cambio asciugamani. La dotazione era di un asciugamano per le mani e uno per il bidet ( che ovviamente non c'era) quindi piuttosto scarso per fare la doccia tre giorni (durata soggiorno); bisogna un po' adattarsi.
Mi sono attenuta alle indicazioni e non è stato buttato alcun tipo di carta nel water. Tutta la carta l'abbiamo messa nel bidoncino in dotazione, per altro senza sacchetto. Tre giorni senza essere svuotato non è il top.

Fantastic location and super helpful host!
Pros:

The apartment is in a truly strategic position: the Dancing House is literally at the end of the street, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a few steps away. It’s very easy to reach the main attractions both on foot and by public transport, yet the area is very quiet.
Inside, you'll find everything you need. A massive plus is the host: extremely helpful and quick to respond. On our first day, we had a small issue with the toilet flush, but he came to fix it immediately. He also allowed us a late check-out completely free of charge, which we really appreciated!
The only small area for improvement is the cleanliness: it was decent, but it could be just a little bit more thorough (nothing tragic, though!). Otherwise, the apartment is perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone for a stay in Prague!
