Fantastic location and super helpful host!
Pros:

The apartment is in a truly strategic position: the Dancing House is literally at the end of the street, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a few steps away. It’s very easy to reach the main attractions both on foot and by public transport, yet the area is very quiet.
Inside, you'll find everything you need. A massive plus is the host: extremely helpful and quick to respond. On our first day, we had a small issue with the toilet flush, but he came to fix it immediately. He also allowed us a late check-out completely free of charge, which we really appreciated!
The only small area for improvement is the cleanliness: it was decent, but it could be just a little bit more thorough (nothing tragic, though!). Otherwise, the apartment is perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone for a stay in Prague!

Apartmán je blízko Vltavy, veľmi dobrá poloha. Dve miestnosti, balkón. 👍

V kúpeľni špinavo, bol pokazený splachovač na WC.

Me hubiese gustado haber tenido contacto presencial con la persona responsable del apartamento.No la vi en ningún momento aunque ha sido muy amable

Через деревʼяні двері на вікна досить шумно, все ніби чисте, але тільки з першого погляду, багато речей потребують заміни так як занадто старі і обдерті

Geräumig und Lage auch okay.

Cons:

Klodeckel defekt. Klobürste mit reichlich Resten der Vorgänger, Badetür klemmte, duschen nur mit Überschwemmung möglich. Ach ja und Schimmel (!) an den silikonflächen. Da bedarf es noch reichlich Schulung in Sachen Sauberkeit.

Pros:

Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten so eine tollen Aufenthalt, dass wir nochmal verlängert haben. Das Apartment ist total zentral und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Dobrá lokalita. Blízko na metro.

Cons:

TV sice v apartmánu je, ale bez signálu. Špatně doléhající vchodové dveře (vypadaly jako už jednou vykopnuté).

Pros:

Sehr einfach den Anweisungen gefolt ohne Probleme um in das Zimmer zu kommen. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt um in der Stadt/ALtstadt etwas zu erleben ohne große wege hinterlegen zu müssen

Cons:

Glaube einfach nur die anderen Gäste die etwas zu Laut geschrien haben, aber Nachts war es wirklich ruhig.
