Todo increíble, la pileta climatizada, los espacios para relajarse y tomar algo, el spa. La limpieza del lugar un diez.
El hotel es hermoso a nivel instalación pero tiene muchas cosas por mejorar.
La ducha no funcionaba, le comente a la conserje y sugirió que no la estaba usando bien (jajjajaj) regulabas el agua pero luego se desregulaba mientras estabas bañándote. Te quemabas o te helabas de repente. No se podía usar así.
La atención regular. Pedí una almohada mas firme (tres mensajes envie en diferentes momentos del dia) porque sufro de tortícolis y tuve que buscarla yo porque no respondían. Cuando traigo la almohada, era de densidad exactamente igual a las otras.
En el desayuno 8am música full onda boliche. Las instalaciones son hermosas pero tienen que mejorar muchas cosas aún... una pena porque el hotel es muy bello.

Me encantó que estaba todo muy limpio y había un clima tranquilo en todos lados. La pile climatizada y el sauna muy bien! La recepcionista que nos recibió y nos despedido el domingo un mil!!!!! Volveremos pronto!
Me parece que sería bueno que en la zona de pile climatizada y sauna hubiera un dispenser de agua! Realmente el calor da sed y tener disponible agua fresca es un detalle lindo!
Me gustó la cercanía al centro, al lago, la vegetación, pileta climatizada, desayuno completo y limpio, habitación muy buena.
