Pros:

a min walk from Kochi Station, fairly new, big rooms and from my room i enjoyed watching the trains coming and going, had the best breakfast, free hot/cold drinks

朝食はボリューム満点でした。
コーヒーやドリンクサービスも良かったです。
駐車場も一度払えば出入りできる点も良かったです。

Cons:

チェックインの時のスタッフがイマイチだった。

可もなく不可もなく。
Pros:

立地が良い。あとは館内が清潔。部屋に加湿器があったのもうれしいポイント（残念ながら220号室の加湿器のタンクはばねが壊れていて水がタンクに貯められないので使い物にならなかった）

Cons:

朝食が美味しくなかった。事前に見ていた評価が良かっただけに残念。1700円くらいの値段でしたし。地方都市であるが部屋やユニットバスは狭い。大都市の宿泊と変わらない。
